I had a last-minute night stay on my travels home to Texas and chose this place. Very outdated didn’t bother me. There was a smell in the hallway, but wasn’t in the room. Didn’t bother me. Front desk attendant was very friendly.

We needed a last minute place to stay while in Wichita and this was the only hotel in the area with 2 beds. It was way too overpriced for the quality and condition of the hotel. Hallways smelled like body odor, and room was not in great condition.

On the freeway and airport. Older but clean.

The halls smelled of cigarettes smoke. Not sure why because all the rooms around us were non-smoking. Our neighbors next to us were very nosie, especially in the morning. Sounded like the kid or kids where bouncing off the walls. Not a lot the hotel could do about the kids. It has always been quieter on prior stays and no smoke smell.

The staff is really nice and the rooms are clean and the price is really good

roomsmelled terrible ,sheets were so thn you could see through them, blanket was hardly any better. Hairdryer was broke, no iron. towels were so thin couldn't get dry with them. asked for more blankets, as had a sick person, had none. we were moved to another room but then had to move towels to new room as were none there, at least it didnt smell as bad. day person was no help about issues. transportation to airport they had to call someone but no way back on return.

Clerk was less than pleasant. He did not talk. Perhaps because ESL. Room condition needed help. The toilet lid was broke and the dead bolt was extremely hand to engage. I had to lift the door up with great effort to get it to work. Beds were hard and got up with backache both mornings. I was downstairs talking a walk and went to the restroom but it was looked. I was told they were no functioning. They stopped servicing breakfast after COVID but said the would start back up when they could. They did offer free granola bars in the morning. There was a coffee nook but they did not have any coffee made for guests. Morning front desk was friendly

The building needed some updating. Some of the bedding needed to be replaced.

The proprietor seems to continually make improvements while keeping room rental rates low.

Staff is very nice. Customer service is great. Lots of dining and shopping near by. Some within walking. Room was clean and hotel was quiet

Well...lets see. There is NO washer and dryer for anyone other than house keepers. There is no soda in the machines. The cereal bars are kept under a lock and jey for "breakfast". The phone i ternet and cable were off the entire last day we stayed. Just lackluster. Never again.

The only thing is, there was no coffee maker. The rest is super good.

It was all bad didn't give me the extra room I booked

This property is absolutely awful. The outside and inside were incredibly run down and there was viewable disregard for maintenance or care. When we got to our room, the smell of cigarette smoke was nauseating and absolutely horrendous to the point we considered trying to find last minute accommodations elsewhere. We had a child with us which made it even worse, and unfortunately could not find a last minute place that easily. The bedsheets and pillows were dirty, the shower and toilets were stained, the fridge didn’t even feel cold like it was working properly. 0/10 would recommend which is unfortunate because I generally like Wyndham properties. We ended up leaving at 3am because the smell was unbearable and the sounds from guests above and around us were too loud to try to get decent sleep. I’m addition to feeling incredibly unsafe after witnessing what appeared to be a drug deal in a dark corner outside the property.

The room served its purpose and was clean. Lori checked us in and she’s an absolute gem!! The place wasn’t much, but Lori made sure we were happy and had what we needed.

Front desk staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the property and surrounding areas.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, convenient location

There were many HoJo Restaurants and motels that closed over the years in Michigan and Illinois. I was somewhat hesitant making this reservation, but once we arrived, those concerns disappeared. This is an older building but seems to be well maintained and we had no issues with the room or facility at all.

I tried to use the bathroom i was told to use a screw driver to open the door . My room sstink of cigerattes for some odd reason the carpet in my room was dirty and had humps in it. Its only 1 way in to the hotel . And the towels are insanely small

Loved the room and location. Only thing I was disappointed in was that the rooms with kitchens aren’t furnished with cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, silverware or cups. Basically had to pack up my whole kitchen which was really inconvenient. Fridge could be a bit bigger also. Otherwise if was great!

This is an older hotel. It could use a few updates, but it was very clean and the staff members were very friendly. They dont offer breakfast, just a couple of breakfast bars, so that was kind of a bummer. Overall, however, it was a nice place and I would stay there again.

Room was as expected, not the nicest/not the worst Staff very nice and helpful.

we had a great stay. the front desk agent was very polite and explained everything we needed to know on our stay. the room was nice and clean. parking was easy to get to. the only thing i would consider updating is the beds and pillows. the pillows were small and not very firm, and the beds were kinda worn down but is expected with it being a hotel. we all got a good nights sleep, it was quiet and not far from the skating rink that was hosting the speed meet! we will be back on our next trip out. thanks again for a good stay!

Rude night person. Dumpy place. If I hadn’t been driving 10 hrs I would have found something better.

Continental breakfast is STILL canceled from “COVID” (come on, we are over all of that!) - and the property looks a little sketchy from the outside. Inside is okay.. there’s a weird smell in the hotel and I found a dirty wash cloth behind the bathroom door. Gross.

Its convenient to shopping n eatery.
