Checked in was very easy. It was very quiet and no real complaints. It was good for the price but you get what you pay for.

Property is well located. Room was spacious, clean and in good condition. Bed was comfortable. Only problem was that lobby smelled like cigarettes.

I was sick during this stay. Hotel charged me extra for bedding. I didn't get to attend the function I had booked the hotel to attend.

Room and hotel were very clean and comfortable, staff were all amazing, accommodating, and very friendly. Great value for the price, would stay again!

Though it appeared clean, I had Bloodstained sheets and make up stained towels.

The bed was ok the pillows was flat as can be. Pool area was clean and nice. The staff was rude when I check in and when I left they was very rude because I wanted to wait for them to look at my room and refund my 100.00 back I wanted the receipt for them doing it. We stayed as a family of 4 we will not stay here again

This is a no frills hotel, but we liked that there was no additional pet fee. There was a faint odor of cigarette smoke in the hall, but the room was clean and quiet and good for a one night stay.

There was a 5 foot puddle of water in the middle of my room. The refrigerator was not working. The AC was LOUD. I had to take the lid off the toilet tank to flush the toilet. I was charged $100 pet deposit that was NOT disclosed to me at booking…There is no way my pet could do $100 worth of damage to a place that’s already falling apart. Not sure what they do with that extra$100 …certainly don’t fix things. On a positive note I don’t think they’re are bedbugs

Low cost. No frills but a good clean safe sleep.

The Hotel needs a remodel. I didn't care for people hanging out in the hallway outside my room at all hours. It was ok for a quick overnight.

Very nice staff. Good value and take cats as well as dogs.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Parking is convenient.

Affordable and well kept room

Due to technical difficulties beyond their control their Internet service was down. They cancelled our reservation and provided great service by referring us to another motel.

My window was open and i had to slam it hard and work at the lock to make it secure, not great for ground floor room. Check in clerk was very nice and efficient. The whole motel is smokey, including non smoking rooms. There were burn holes in the sheets and blankets. Weird white powder in the room. No shower curtain, limited towels. But the worst part was that you can hear absolutely every sound, quiet or loud going on in the entire motel. I had hoped for better when i read reviews. We left at 430 am after 4 hours of restless sleep due to people trying to gain access to our room and knocking on the window. Would never return.

Nice basic motel.

The rooms in this motel were very nice for the price. The kids had fun at the pool. Would stay here again. There were 2 things that caused a not excellent review: 1. We were on the 1st floor. It sounded like someone was walking around or moving furniture above us at all hours of the day / night. 2. One of the workers brought us Xtra towels (that we hadn't asked for). Instead of giving them to me at the door, he walked right into the room and placed them on the counter. We asked him if we could get an extra pillow. He left and came back, knocked on the door once. I stood up saying 'just a minute'. By the time I had walked from the bed halfway to the door, he had opened the door himself and walked in. I did not like that. Other than that the staff was very nice and helpful.

Check in was easy. Room was clean. People in the room next to ours were loud and smoking weed. While it wasn't a big deal as long as we were in our room, The odor was strong in the hallway. The staff in the morning for check out was quite pushy when it came to "helping us" leave a review. Other then these couple of things the stay was fine.

I believe rooms should be cleaned more frequently

Friendly front desk. Good price, good location. We had a good experience.

We booked a room with a king size bed with handicap access, when we arrived it was not available. They asked of we would be willing to accept a room with king size bed without handicap access, we agreed. Then she's came back and said that all that has available was a double queen sized bed room available. We reluctantly agreed since we had been traveling all day. We booked the room months in advance, the hotel only had about 10 parking spaces and they were not filled up. No discount given. No breakfast at this location, the luggage cart had a busted wheel. You can hear all of the he neighbors. Not a pleasant stay.

The website and the website Expedia and the hotel sign says there is an indoor pool. The indoor pool was closed and looked very very clean and untouched for a long time. The front desk lady told me it is closed for cleaning and I asked when is the cleaning and she said she didn’t know when it would happen at all but that it had to be closed for cleaning. The fridge was dirty and not cleaned, the floors weren’t mopped and the bathroom door was damaged and missing its outside layer of covering. There was no breakfast. Also when I arrived the front desk lady was smoking outside and I went inside and the paper at the front desk says to call the number on this sheet when you arrive. I called and she asked me if I needed to be checked in over the phone. I’m not sure that’s terrible customer service or anything but I would firgure since I walked right by her with my dog and two kids that i would need to be checked in considering I’ve never been there before. But she did come in and check us in and was very friendly and kind. She informed me I booked a smoking room and Expedia did not have that listed when I booked the room but that is when I discovered why the hotel had a smoke smell to it. She put us in a non smoking room upon my request and was very helpful to us in the matters she could help us with. Overall the hotel is not clean and smells of smoke and also has a pool advertised and you don’t get to enjoy the beautiful pool at all making my stay here not good.

Bugs, everywhere. The room was not cleaned prior to our stay and there were fire ants everywhere due to the orange peels under the bed that appeared to be at least 5 days old. Holes in the bedding. The "safety" door was broken Pubic hairs all over the bathrooms of both rooms we rented. Didnt offer anything in exchange except another dirty room.

Very good experience

You are supposed to use the phone to call someone to the front desk, It was 5:00 pm, 3 people waiting to check in and no one would answer the phone. When she finally did come to the front desk, she was very curt. The hotel lighting was so dim, I felt like I was in a casino. The linens must be 20 years old. I did have my husband check for bedbugs, and there were none, thank God. Tried to sleep and finally just left at 4:00 am
