The room was very dirty, had holes in curtains, a bad smell, the popcorn ceiling was falling down, there was no cover on the fluorescent light, there was no shampoo in room, the beds had thin blankets and flat pillows, the beds were VERY uncomfortable, and the sink did not drain.

Decent size fridge, the lady when we checked in was nice.

They advertise a pool, but it hasn’t been up in over a year, room was not the cleanest, the people after the lady when we checked in was rude and shady. We asked for a couple extra pillows cause we only had 2 on the bed and the lady didn’t want to give us any.

Everything. From the broken shower to hardly any water pressure and shower rod that made the curtain stay in the middle. The toliet ran all night. The lamp shades are all broken in the room we were in. There were no filters in the ac unit it was very loud and broken, we were so clogged up that we could breathe. There is so much outside light coming in at night. There is so much noise that you can not sleep.

I have stayed there multiple times and was never charged a security deposit. This time they charged me 100. When I asked about it,their comment was it use to be 150. Which I know better. So won't be back. They also didn't have anything in room but a bar of soap. No coffee even in the morning. Not as clean as it use to be. Very disappointing!!!

Desk clerk was going to charge me a $100 deposit onto my Credit card until Owner said it wasn't necessary.

Our room very noise...by back door and steps. No ice available. Hair dryer not working properly. Frig was nice but had no freezer compartment in it.

The only "pro" to this property was its location. It is directly off the main road we used to get into town and was less than two miles from our event. Also, there was a breakfast restaurant in the same parking lot as the property.

There seemed to be two types of people staying at this property, folks who were expecting a calm, relaxing stay after traveling and those who were not. I did not sleep well for numerous reasons including the mattress on the bed was horribly broken down and there was noise going late into the "early morning" hours from both sides and upstairs. I ended up going to the lobby around 4:00 a.m. so my daughter could rest and didn't have to put up with my tossing and turning. There were a number of people in the lobby, some of whom made it clear they were up and leaving early for the same reasons I was up early. One lady even made a point of telling the "desk clerk" that it was "worst night ever" on her way out the door. We had an event at 11:30 on Sunday morning, so we were "hanging out" in our room until the 11:00 checkout time when one of the staff attempted to enter our room, to collect sheets and towels, at 10:00. It was very disrupting.

We stay here every time we're in town for family get togethers. The staff has come to know us and they have become good friends. It's not a Luxury hotel but it's clean comfortable and friendly
