This hotel is not handicap accessible. There is a ramp to get into hotel but once in hotel not accessible. Also no handicap parking. Ad states handicap accessible. Beds were hard. Toilet was broken, my husband had to fix it. Just an overall bad experience

I was disappointed in how many handicap facilities there were.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone else for a business trip. You really need to clean the hotel and the kitchen area up. It was pretty bad.

I was disappointed in how many handicap facilities there were.

The room was clean but stained. Stains on the desk chair, the recliner, the floor, bedskirt. Bathroon needed updated terribly. Check in was fine, attendee was pleasant.

The stay was not good. I would give no stars, if possible. The sign was difficult to see in the dark. The hotel smelled musty and of cigarettes. Our room was dirty- floor was sticky, Reese's pieces all over the floor, the refrigerator light was working and it was making noise but it was broken, the food we put in was warm in the morning and had to be thrown out and then we noticed the black mold inside of it, even the towels did not smell clean. There were electrical outlets that did not work, lights missing in the lamps, drain broken in the tub, toilet flushed poorly.The coffee tasted nasty and there were few food choices for breakfast. It was a tri-level motel and the first floor smelled moldy.

Lobby warm and humid. Check in straight forward except no elevator for upstairs. No AC in hallways so very warm. Room okay, standard. Bed very firm which worked with my back. No made bed for 2nd day. Breakfast is waffle, cereal, muffin with fruit cup. Wi-Fi worked.

We had a service dog so they put us in the first floor that has the waterproof laminate floors i understand that but the floors are so filthy my feet were black walking on it. The bathtub had the overflow cover missing and looked gruby I had to ask for a microwave that was supposed to be in the room the small fridge was old. I don't want to say who owns or has a franchise in hotels but they run hotels to the ground don't know if it's a way to get their families into the country if i could find a way to know this first I would not stay at these hotels.

It was a little outdated, but it was clean! The rate was great. The beds were comfy, but there was only a sheet and the lightweight bedspread so, it got a little chilly while sleeping. (We just adjusted the AC & I am sure had we asked for extra blanket, they would have been more than happy to accommodate us)! They offer breakfast which we did take advantage of one morning. Across the street it Louge's restaurant which is open till 2pm. It was very good!

The pool was open bright and early for us when we asked for towels at the counter, there was always someone at the front desk if we needed assistance, and although there is only one window, the staff member was efficient with the check-in process. There was some noticeable water staining on one of the corners of a ceiling, otherwise the room was well cleaned and offered plenty of space. The only deal-breaker could be the breakfast. It's a few cereals to choose from and packaged blueberry muffins. In our case, we were never planning on eating breakfast at the hotel, so it's a non-issue. When it comes to weighing all of that out, and my overall experience? I plan on returning at least once a year to this location as long as the rates remain reasonable and the staff remains friendly! We land somewhere in the 4-5 out of 5 star range. Great stay.

Staff was very polite and helpful. The property had an overall odor of mildew. The room was marginally clean. The floors were clean and the bathroom was spotless. The beds were a different story. Spots/stains on the bedspread and hairs on the sheets when we pulled them back. I received what I paid for. Low price and low quality.
