The hotel itself was lovely. I had an issue with the balcony door not closing in my room but it was finally fixed on the 3rd day. The bathroom door was missing a door knob and a cabinet next to the mini fridge was off of the hinges.

Love the property. Location is great as is service. I especially want to mention - Shawanda at the front desk. We had made a mistake on our reservation and she was able to correct the mistake. She provided great customer service.

Th property was elegant. Staff was very serviceable. Room very large with large comfortable beds. Walkable to DC sites. Restaurants nearby. Perfect location. Enjoyed my stay and will return in the near future.

This place is special. The bar, the service, the restaurant, the outside terrace, the location, and more. It has such an intimate feel, almost like you wanna move in!

We really enjoyed our week long stay at the Fairmont Washington. The location was great. The valets (Brook and Grum) were phenomenal to deal with several times daily. We had a wonderful view. The housekeeper was hard working. It has the best hotel gym.

Stayed at the gold level in a signature room with two queen beds. Building was beautiful. Room was perfect and had all the amenities that we needed. The lounge area was awesome mainly for a quick breakfast but someone was always there that could help us if we had a question. Housekeeping cleaned daily including turn down service.

Beautiful hotel. Check in and check out was very quick. The room was spacious. Complete toiletries and robes. Daily housekeeping is a plus. We stay up late so we were always at the bar. The bartenders were so nice - everyone in the hotel is actually! Worth our weekend getaway!

My check-in experience was below average. The front desk staff was not polite, which made the process less pleasant.
The lobby was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable atmospher, but the lack of courtesy from the staff left a negative impression.
Overall, my experience could have been much better with more efficient and courteous service.

Great hotel - located in close proximity to many restaurants and shops. Public transportation is available within a few blocks. The establishment is modern, clean, bright, and well maintained. Staff are attentive and helpful. Fantastic gym and a great pool are available on site.

Definitely a good booking if you are looking for a luxury feel with a decent nightly rate. Just be aware you have to do valet due to the parking, there’s no public parking close by. Otherwise beautiful property & decent staff.
