Gentleman at desk was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Carpet in halls is buckling just needs a good update.

Drywall in room had tape peeling. Pool was not usable during stay and I wasn’t aware of this at the time of booking. Very disappointed.

It was. they had us on the first floor which was really great for I had done something to my back and wasn't walking very good. It was clean and very comfortable

We arrived to our room and immediately had to request a different room. There was a crusted, white stain on the top of the mattress. We got to our new room and there were even more stains on the bed. I decided to just strip the top cover off and stay. We got into bed that night and the sheet had a hole in it. The night stand on one side of the bed was missing and the floor had a huge brown stain where it used to sit. The gym had mediocre equipment with missing barbell weights and a broken weight lifting machine. The pool was freezing while the hot tub was luke warm. The railing to the hot tub was duck taped on and would swing if touched. The elevator was disgusting. The floor was sticky and hand prints and other prints were all over the walls. Over all the hotel was disgusting and simply provided a bed, while unclean, to sleep in. I will NOT be coming back.

We checked in and went to room. Opened door and room was filled with boxes. I checked room number then was questioned by a guy down the hallway of why I was going into that room. I explained this is the room I was given. He asked who gave me that room and I said guy at front desk. We had to go back to desk and get another room. Lack of communication of what was available. The room we were given only had one towel and the handle on the sink was broken and the light by the closet did not work. The Quality is not in this Inn. Not sure if I would stay here again even though it is on our travel route. Suppose to be breakfast we will see. Very disappointed.

we were really only here to sleep after a ghost tour. there were a handful of ants in the bathroom that i killed when we first got there - i didn't see any more after that. the fridge wasn't working; we realized it wasn't plugged in all the way so it eventually got cold after we corrected that. there was no ice on our floor. one of our towels had a giant rip in it. the staff was friendly, room was pretty much clean and breakfast was good. overall, it was nice for what we paid and there weren't any major issues.

Beds are way too soft.

There are a lot of scary reviews about this hotel and at first I was worried, honestly it’s not true at all! The staff were super friendly and the hotel was clean I only had one negative experience the entire time which was another guest having an argument with his girlfriend. But I reported it to hotel staff and immidialaty they took action to ensure a safe and quiet environment.

We reserved a room with a king bed and pull out bed for my husband, 2 children and I. At check in we waited 10 minutes for someone to even come to the desk. Then the manager told us our kids could not check in with us… 8 hours from home. Not sure if he thought that was an option. He then said we only booked a room with 1 queen. I showed him our reservation for a king and pull out bed. Then told him to cancel our reservation. At that point he said oh no I fixed it. Breakfast was eggs and biscuits and gravy. Biscuits hard enough to break a window. Pool rail is held together with duct tape. Nobody was ever at the desk waited 10-15 minutes just to ask for extra towels. I left a review on the actual hotels site and the manager emailed me telling me we had tried checking in hours before our check in time which wasn’t true. We were in St. Louis at the time he said we tried checking in. Wanted to argue with me. I’ll never stay at a Quality Inn again.

The stay was fine until last night there was a roach crawling on the wall behind the refrigerator.

Leaking shower drain and there was a hole punched in our bathroom door. Breakfast eggs were runny and no meat was provided.

Nothing fancy furnishings seem dated but was just here to sleep eat breakfast then gone to Jefferson City Country Club!

Since children stay free and the website says the room i booked slept 5 i didn't put my 4 kids on the reservation i never had a problem doing that everywhere else I have ever stayed. They told me that I couldn't stay there and if I was to have a visitor or anyone else on the property I would be kicked out. Also they charge you 40 dollars for a deposit on top of the room fee to check in not put a card on file. I was unable to stay or get a refund and was unable to change my reservation for more beds and or add my kids so I lost 113 dollars i will never ever go through exspedia or quality inn ever again and will never recommend either of them

It was delightful! I was visiting some legislators the next morning so I just needed to stay one night, and it was perfect. The breakfast was a nice touch, and the room was spacious and clean.

Breakfast was horrible, the only thing good was the waffles but they ran out of syrup. Rooms could use some updates to furniture and carpet. Pool area was too small and hot. They had rooms above the pool so kids were getting in trouble for being too loud. The staff was nice.

We made for a suite so we would have a jetted tub, the tub did not work. When we walked in our room we noticed that the smoke detector is hanging down from the ceiling. The pool water was super cold (but kids still loved it). The check-in women was very polite.

Dated. Breakfast was dry scrambled eggs. Cold hard biscuits with questionable gravy. No fruit! No bacon or sausage. Did have a waffle iron. No milk. Trash overflowing on to the floor. Had to go out to get Breakfast. Not worth the cost.

The hotel says it is smoke free but we had to switch rooms because the room smelled so badly of cigarettes. (When we tried to change the person checking in acted like they didn’t know how to do that.) The main floor smelled heavily of marijuana. The ceilings of the rooms were cracked and paint was peeling. The bathroom mirror looked like it had not been cleaned and there were stains on the bedding and the couch. The curtains looked like they had some blood stains. Outside the facility there were cigarette butts littering the ground. The kids had fun in the pool but it was the smallest pool I have seen at a hotel and it says it goes to 5 ft but it was less than 4 ft deep. The hot tub looked questionable and we did not go in.

The room was a little outdated. The couch was disgusting. It had stains on it, either blood or wine would be my guess. The tiles in the pool were disgusting. Ice machine on the 4th floor was empty. Had to go all the way down to the lobby for ice and vending machine. I forgot my ice bucket in the room, the guy at the front desk couldn’t give me another one, had to go back up to 4th floor, back to lobby, then back up to 4th floor again. Very inconvenient. We had a room with a king sized bed, pretty sure the couch was a bed too and they gave us 2 towels. I’m a female so I need one for my hair and one for my body. The phone in the room didn’t work. So when you needed something, you had to go all the way down to the lobby. I did give them 2 stars bc it could’ve been worse. The bed and the bathroom seamed clean. The decorative rock in the front of the hotel was filled with cigarette butts. Not kidding, I only knew it was rock bc of the other side. I never saw that many cigarette butts in my entire life. And I’m a smoker.

Everyone who worked at the hotel were super friendly & very helpful. The bed however was very uncomfortable the mattress was just not very good at all. And the room still had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke and if you look up at the celling the smoke detector was covered, There were spots on the edges of the ceiling that were clearly not painted the last time this room was painted, and you could see gross yellow streaks on those spots.

The hotel was clean. The attendants were the rudest i have encountered. I rented this room for my sister who had just been released from the hospital after giving birth to her baby. Around 9 00 the baby started fussing. He cried for about 5 minutes. Right after he calmed down. The hotel room phone rang and my sisters 9 year old son answered. He was told to tell his mom that they would call the police and kick her out if the baby didnt stop crying. That is an awful thing to say to a child. If it would have been going on for a while, it may be understandable, but that was not the case. They were also very rude snd unpleasant during check in.

What I liked about this, is that the front desk man was very nice and understanding. Also, he was very cooperative and wasn’t mean.

Property old! Bed not great! Reception not great! Had to keep calling out for someone to come! Girl not welcoming or friendly!

The majority of the gym equipment was broken and the pool was too cold to swim.

It's was nice that it was a non-smoking, the breakfast was real good.

Entire hotel smelled heavily of weed, smoke in the hallways and permeated into room. Building not updated and overpriced compared to hotels in immediate area.

Paint chipped, carpet stained, drywall in need of repair, hot tub same temperature as pool, limited breakfast tables, cigarette burn marks on toilet and couch. Bed was comfy. However the hotel was only $109 per night.

I had a rough mid to late morning and the staff was very nice during the check in process.

Although the Inn had attributes a number of items needed repair or replacement and management appeared to not feel the need to execute the necessary steps to accomplish this. Little things like dripping faucets, no decaf at breakfast in the regular machine, only one floor with s working ice maker and vending machines with no product.
