Staff were friendly. Fast check in. Room was clean. Bed was ok. Not that comfortable. 1st nights was ok. 2nd night was a little harder to sleep do to upstairs neighbors coming in late. You could here everything. Every step they made would creak. Anytime they went to restroom we could hear. I wish soundproofing was better.

The place advertised that they had a pool and hot tub and they had neither one. The pictures that were on line made the place look like it was a park setting. It was nothing like the pictures or of the description the online website showed or wrote about. The hotel or motel is false advertising its Accommodations and Description of the place and the cost of the place Tripled ,because of the Oregon collage football game which is just absolutely despicable. The only reason we stayed there is because I had to have surgery at Oregon Heart & Vascular hospital Sacred Heart Hospital. And there were no other hotels or motels with any availability. I would never stay at this hotel again and would never recommend it to anyone,because of the false advertising and the cost. The staff were friendly,but other than that the place is just an overpriced motel. We even checked out a day early because the beds were so uncomfortable and very itchy the sheets and blankets felt like they were made out of paper. Horrible place to stay for the price that was paid for this place

The room and hotel are somewhat dated and in need of updating. However, it was clean and more than adequate for my needs.

A little road noise, a little difficult to get in/out due to traffic, weak internet.... but surprisingly a nice little tucked away place to stay. I was here for 3 nights and it provided me everything I needed (except breakfast, coffee and instant oatmeal doesn't cut it.)

Staff was wounderful. Room was large but floor coupd of been mopped. Bed was not comfortable for me. Other than that i wouod stay again for sure.

The hotel is conveniently located but the freeway was loud starting 5 am. The carpet in the room was stinky and way too old - needs replacement asap. The sheets, pillows, and blankets are worn out and need replacement. Other than that, it was good but too expensive for $158/night.

My wife & I stayed for 2 nights twice within a week while visiting our daughter in Springfield. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars. It is a well kept property both inside and outside. Quiet in the evening for a nice rest on a comfortable bed and the staff is welcoming and always in the office. Will be staying hear again the next time we visit Eugene/Springfield.

The rooms are older but clean. The sink and tub look worn, but clean. We could not read the heat dial because the numbers were worn off. The reception was great, even let us check in early. We had a courtyard view which shut off the freeway and road traffic. The bed was comfortable.

I thought it was fine just an average hotel. We got a garden view but I didn’t really think it was anything special, at night people would go out there and chit chat loudly kind of annoying. Upstairs neighbors were super quiet, parking was ok. Overall it was ok, served it’s purpose but don’t think it was anything to write home about

I stayed at Village Inn because it is in my neighborhood and I needed to be out of the house for a few days while work was being done. The convenience is great- near groceries, laundromat, and an amazing Chinese restaurant. The room is comparable to a Days Inn or Motel 6 in quality. Only real drawbacks were that noise travels through the walls easily (bring earplugs!) and the parking lot/ driveway is difficult to access since it is at an awkward location on a busy main street just off the highway and not super well-marked. Decent experience overall, would stay again.

The rooms and property are overdue for painting and recarpeting. Our room was blazing hot even after tweaking the a/c several times. That was solved by assigning us another room. That was much better. The desk staff member was very helpful. However, he was working by himself and much too busy.

THE PLUS-great rates, very friendly staff in person and on phone, sparkly clean room with new(ish) furnishing which included comfy dual easy chairs and large desk, room faced a lovely relaxing courtyard with fountain (yes like the promo pics) that several found nice place to sit out in and enjoy in the evening. There is a restaurant on site but I did not use so can't review. THE MINUS-wanted to give 5 stars but A/c worked too well-fan never turned off only solution was to turn it off completely, only half of listed tv stations were available and internet very hard to bring up. was told might be signals interrupted due to smoke for both issues. Also a bit of a trick getting into their driveway from the street However love this place. It will definitely be my go to.

We have stayed before, it is a jem. This is a pleasant area that is just a little hard to find. We knew how to get there. Hint - if going North on I-5 you will turn off and be going toward Springfield. You will cross a Bridge (maybe it is an overpass) it is the only one you will come to. Once over the bridge watch carefully on your right. The driveway is the first one. About 60 -80 yards.

We were expecting much better given the high rating, (gaming the system?) the plastic mattress covers were interesting….burn marks on the carpet, smell of smoke in the bathroom. Definitely needs some upgrades.
