Bugs and light wasn’t working. Front desk made no effort to assist. Or switch rooms

No one at front desk except limited hours. Could not check out before 9am. No blanket on bed. Absolutely nothing to recommend.

The room was clean except for the carpet, and there was a funny smell in the room. We smelled someone smoking pot each night we were there. That wasn't enjoyable. We had no hair dryer. And had to ask for shampoo. It had a kitchen, but nothing in it. The refrigerator is full size, but was sticky on the outside, so a bit gross. But we were there just for a place to sleep and it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. That was positive. Would we stay there again? Probably not.

Easy stay.

The rooms are fully operating includig light and fan on stove top, and the garbage disposal and very clean!!!. In my experience of the hundreds of hotels ive stayed at that is hard to come by. The staff is professional and very helpful with whatever it was I needed assistance with.

The room was so smelly like old wood smell, carpets so old and filthy.

I stayed here because it’s pet friendly. What wasn’t friendly was the staff harassing me about my small dog. When I checked in I told the woman I had a dog with me (because I knew about the $25/day pet policy) and I told her she could charge it to the card on file. Later, I’m bringing in my dogs crate and an employee helped me with the door. 15 minutes later I had the maid knock on my door and say “so and so saw you bringing in dog stuff. If you have a dog you need to go up front and pay for it” obviously I was irritated because I already did this when I checked in. I was busy so I ignored her request. The next day when I come back to let me dog out on mg lunch hour she again rudely said “did you pay for that dog yet???” First off, why is it the maids business?? I didn’t appreciate feeling like the staff thought I was trying to get away with sneaking a dog in. I was up front about it. I went to the front and it turns out they already had it in the system that I had a pet but it wasn’t paid for yet. Not my problem that the lady who checked me in didn’t do what she was supposed to. Also I felt like my room was very motel like and I was shocked considering this is in a very nice area. I wouldn’t ever recommend this hotel.

Everything feels sticky. The kind of place that you cant wait to take a shower after leaving.
