My wife and I checked in and everything looked ok. The ice machines did not work on the 3rd or 2nd floors. The first-floor ice tastes of mold. At bedtime I let my wife fall asleep in one bed. I stayed up a little later. When I pulled the covers back on the other bed there was hair and debris. I knew they had not changed the bedding. It was late, so I slept on top of the covers and took the extra linens from the closet. I told the front desk in the morning, and they offered to come up and change the bedding, but we were checking out. I told them we would not be back, and they offered nothing. No tissue in the room. It looked like a place with lazy workers across the board. Sad.

The location to ND campus was great. The room was large and comfortable, but not completely clean. The faucet of the kitchenette was dirty. The wallpaper was peeling near the bathroom sink. The metal framing around the bathroom vanity sink and the bedroom picture frames were rusted. But none of these were deal breakers. Overall, we would stay again.

Room and bathroom were dirty. Hande 1 roll of toilet paper for a 2 night/3 day stay (2 adults). Poor lighting..room was dark and gloomy. No fan in bathroom.

Room was comfortable. Tub faucet needed help, it constantly dripped and the tub had quite a rust stain from the dripping water proving that this was a long time issue. Nice and quiet room. I was promptly checked in. Breakfast hours were generous and food generally OK.

Very friendly staff. Barbie, the head Housekeeper, came by my table at breakfast to see how my stay was going so far and if she could get anything for me. We had a nice chat.

When I booked these 4 rooms in the spring, I thought I was staying at a Hampton Inn. When I arrived, I was told it was no longer a Hampton Inn. I was not pleased that I was not informed of the sale.

We had and asked for accessible room. Would suggest that you add bars in the tub enabling a person less than 5 foot 4 in to feel secure when entering and exiting. Unfortunately the one bar was too far away and upper curtain bar is always too high.

The Custer service upon check in was TOP NOTCH! The facility itself is very old and I. Desperate need of upgrades. The microwave in the room did not work. It really felt like a super cheap motel ( which it is not ) once upgraded, definitely will stay again

The front desk staff were friendly. But the room amenities were not too good. Room is spacious. The bed was quite comfortable. But the shampoo bottle was empty. The door to the cabinet where the iron board and the extra comforter placed was stuck and my husband had to spend 10 mnts to open it. The sink and the toilet were in good condition. But there were stains inside the tub. The carpet looks very old too. Breakfast choices were not too bad, but not that great. Luckily it was a one night stay for us and we reached late at night and left early in the morning. But would not go back for sure.

Our first room had mold on the shower ceiling and overall was just terrible and dirty, second room they moved us to had water damage and the wall was coming apart, the bathroom in the second room had water damage and rust in the tub. We ended up leaving and going to the Marriott next door. Paid more but we had a comfortable safe clean stay and staff was amazing at the Marriott.

Place looked like it was under reconstruction. A/C unit didn't work and when I mentioned to the front desk staff the next morning they simply stated they would make a note of it.

I accepted to be greed and given information about the hotel but I was given the key to the room direction to get there. In the room clean but needs updates. In the bathroom when someone else flashes the toilet it feels like the whole is falling g apart . Getting ready to go the the pool only to find out it’s close. Not a great experience, breakfast ok

After a long day of driving, all we wanted to do was use the pool and relax in the room. I checked in and was told, our elevator is out and we don't have any rooms on that side of the building. Nothing under the 2nd floor. We had so much to bring in the hotel room so my father had to get the luggage cart and run it outside then get the elevator on the even side of the hotel and push it all the way to the odd side. We got settled and ready for the pool only to find out that it was out of service. I was really disappointed in our 1 night stay.

My expedia reservation was with the Hampton Inn and there was no notice provided of the ownership change. The hotel was clearly still in transition and not completely ready for guests. Room and hallways were not cleaned well; closet door in room was missing; room A/C was very loud.
