I didn’t like that my room wasn’t cleaned between the two nights that I stayed.

Sink and tub were very dated with rust around faucet and drain. Housekeeping was very good.

The first disappointment was no elevator for 2nd floor. Then, opened the door and got a blast of strong musty odor. I immediately sprayed everything with rubbing alcohol. It helped ever so slightly. The pool had large patch spots on the bottom and what appeared to be a small branch at the bottom of the pool still there on day 2. The man working at the counter was very unfriendly and so was the woman the next day. Parking was good. Location was good and price was good. I would not stay there again.

Only spending 10 hours for sleep, I can only share that the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.?

We booked the room because it was the only hotel that had a pool and was highly rated, but the pool had a closed sign in it every day that we were there, even though it was beautiful and sparkly clean, and there was never anyone in the reception area to ask about the pool situation. There wasn’t a “Do Not Disturb” sign to put on the door, so we were unable to keep the cleaning crew out of our room.

Staff was very friendly on check in. Very honest about breakfast. Very basic with three or four options . Cereal, yogurt, apple and waffle..

Room quality was so-so. There were large rust areas around the tub. Selection for breakfast was slim due to not trying to restock spoiled supplies from a previous power outage before the regular stock delivery day.

The pool was not available when we arrived children had been looking forward swimming. Summer's probably not the best time to start working on a pool at a hotel. But the lady that checked us in was wonderful she told us about a new arcade but it just opened that she took her children to. So instead of swimming we went and played arcade games and had a good time. She turn the negative into a positive.

Was an excellent stay only two things I saw wrong was carpets need to be cleaned or replace and check behind bathroom doors ours need to be cleaned.

We enjoyed the breakfast and the good nights sleep. A couple of nit pics- bathroom door wouldn’t close completely & a little weatherstripping needed replacing on the front door. Overall, it was a good stay.

It was a very clean and nice hotel. Very good service I highly recommend it

We've stayed here several times past and all was fine. This last trip, however, was disappointing because of obvious uncleanness and the heater/air conditioner control buttons were missing. Staff was kind to figure it out and adjust the temperature to our liking. Regarding cleanliness, staff refunded 10% without our asking for it.

The room we reserved specifically had a handicapped accessible walk-in shower as a member of our group can not step up high enough for a bathtub. This was the main reason we chose this hotel. We were told at check-in that this was not an option. Also, the room had a strong smell of mold. There were three of us in the room and we all woke up with headaches and swollen eyes. The second night, we tried to change rooms and were told there were no other rooms available. The front desk staff was well aware that we were not happy.
