Great staff comfortable king size bed had a great stay!

Good location with many shops and restaurants. The room we stayed in is a bit damp and smelly, we had to buy air fresheners to make it better. Other than that it was a good stay.

Staff made the experience tolerable, but between the outdated rooms and building, to the early morning construction, as well as, the power outage, internet going, and the people smoking weed across my room, it wasn't the worst.

Friendly staff great options for food and shopping in very close proximity. The property is a little older but it look like some renovation was being done. Bathrooms were not in greatest condition but clean.

The room was very musty and humid. The hallways have glade plugins at every outlet to cover the smell. We had a manager come switch our AC unit to “dry” mode which helped some with the humidity but it was just smelly in the room. The toilet seat was falling off, the towel hook on the door was falling off, there were stains and scrapes on the floors and doors. Just not a great property… Breakfast was ok - run of the mill hotel free breakfast. Bed was very comfy. Great shower pressure. Every employee we interacted with was very kind and friendly.

The property is quiet and the bed linens are clean.and the AC works. However, it needs updated, the floors are sticky, the carpet is old, the room smells musty, the continental breakfast is food is tasteless and cheap, the eggs and sausage seem like they are frozen then microwaved to get hot. The pool needs cleaning.

Terrible facility. Filthy bed filthy sheets filthy curtains filthy room. Hotel under construction. Absolurely horrific.

The staff at checking in was very friendly but the hotel smelled very strong of Marijuana and the shower in our bathroom was leaking and the floor was extremely wet and we had to keep wiping it up with towels. I have sarcoidosis and can’t stand smoke and I was unable to sleep because of coughing from the smell of Marijuana and we were told before checking in that we would be charged if we were smoking in our room which I don’t smoke at all.

The property had construction going on that we were not aware of. Windows were covered with some dirty plastic. Workers got there in the mornings and turned on some noisy engine. Breakfast was not good. Coffee did not taste good. Egg and sausage were like plastic.

The hotel was ok and it’s conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping areas. The room was clean but it needs to be updated. There were tears on the carpet and the ceiling needed to be repainted. They are remodeling the outside so hopefully they’ll remodel the rooms as well

This property is definitely outdated but currently being upgraded on the outside. The staff were friendly and helpful.

1st, housekeeping never cleaned my room. They came in and took the towels and never cleaned or replaced the towels. When I 1st walked into the room it smelled old. The breakfast was food that I have no idea where they got it. Eggs that looked like round pancakes, muffins that tasted like it had been frozen for years. The outside of the property was being updated and there were construction materials everywhere. I would stay there again

This place is headed in the right direction. The manager came a few times to handle a few issues that were IT or weather related, very amicable. Tabitha is the real MVP, she is patient, understanding of the systems and all moving parts, and very clear and direct about what needs to be done. The first shift 6am and 11am crew run this broken machine like a brand new yet. The breakfast lady and the cleaning staff are THE BEST! Thanks to them I never needed or had an issue with anything. Again, Tabitha is the real MVP she handled all challenges and curveballs like a pro and never ever deviated from the procedures. The manager was super efficient and was there at all hours of the day in the middle of storm, incredible guy. The staff make this place. the building is heading in the right direction i hope. The infrastructure is another story. The heating units and the door key entry apparatuses are antiquated. Give Tabitha and the cleaning staff a raise!!
