Could not stay because you don't list cats excluded in your "pets welcome policy". Was not informed until after i was checked in. You need to change the description to DOGS only!

Evacuated Florida for hurricane. Spent 13 hours on the road should have been 6. Go inside to check in for the 5 nights that I paid for in advance and told they gave my room away because I showed up late. I literally paid in full the entire amount. Even if I showed up on day 5 it shouldn’t matter if I literally paid for the nights.

This hotel was fully booked but so accommodating for our family during a hurricane evacuation. We didn’t get in due to traffic until the early hours of the morning and they allowed us a late check out so we could sleep. The hotel was clean, staff kind, overnight woman at check in went the extra mile! Breakfast was delicious, only thing that would improve it is staying open until 10 or 10:30 instead of closing at 9am.

This was substantially more affordable than other hotels in the Buckhead area, so I was surprised when we arrived and saw how lovely it was. The entrance and lobby are inviting with lots of different smaller areas to sit. The room was well-equipped and had comfortable beds and bedding. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also impressive- not just your average free hotel breakfast. There were hot times like French toast, eggs, sausage, as well as an area to make parfaits with yogurt and granola and other goodies, lots of good fresh fruit. The breakfast area was also very spacious so there weren’t too many people in one cramped space trying to make their plates. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would recommend.

I was nervous about picking a hotel since it’s my first time down here but i’m so glad i picked Hyatt! I had been trying to find a hotel with cheap parking and they thankfully only charge $10 per night. People talked about how the garage was crappy but i thought it was completely fine. Hotel members just scan their room card when leaving. The only con i have was that housekeeping woke me up playing loud music on their phones, i think it’s great they play music but would definitely prefer they turn it down when they’re in the hallway in the mornings. Other than that i had no problems and would 100% stay again.

The staff were pretty rude and didn’t seem to really care about the guests. When we wanted a drink they acted like they didn’t want to make one, when we arrived back at the hotel they acted like we were an inconvenience because we weren’t aware of the curfew. Overall, the room and everything was nice and clean. It served its purpose. Just wish the staff were a little friendlier and more welcoming.

Double queen rooms were large with a couch, table and mini kitchen area. Gym had a Peloton bike but did not have cages on the pedals. As we had not brought our bike shoes we were unable to use it but did use the treadmill. Pool was refreshing. Breakfast was good with options for our whole family.

Breakfast the very worst I have ever had staying there said they closed it at 9 everything was left over dry and cold by 8:30 bits of food let around serving area and floor 3 or 4 ladies there but talking to each other giving u feeling they put it out and were looking for you to move on so they could be out of there if u had food or not; may have to stay at the hotel again with the young black guy at the desk who clearly did not need to be in hospitality but let’s say I will clearly start looking for a new hotel in that area

The bed linens smell like animal urine. Despite requesting numerous times for the room to be cleaned and being told that it would it was not. Some of the staff was rude. The hotel itself need upgrades.

Rude and unprofessional staff, left me feeling like i was begging for their attention. Guy who checked us in did a poor job of explaining the hotel's already minimal accommodations. Adding into the fact that the room isn't the cleanest (dirty nightstand outlets) and small and outdated fitness center. You are much better off going somewhere else. Hope the staff gets the training in customer service and cleaning they need as it desperately needed as the area is pretty great otherwise.
