We couldn’t have been more impressed with our stay
Every member of staff was accommodating and friendly
The rooms were spacious although pillow options could have been better

The in hotel prices were fair and food options and drinks were great

Excellent facility, service and food. Great kids area and excellent kids club. Kids loved the waterslide, playing soccer with staff, and the magician. Spent a whole day at the pool and they were never bored. Be mindful of the long walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. There is a courtesy bus but it was not in the timeframe that suited us. Room was stunning.

Room was terrible and very dark. Paid for an upgrade and this was better. Room upgrade not offered even though room was available. Staff pleasant and tried to be attentive but language barrier was an issue.

Stayed here with our family. 10, 8 and 5 year old. They loved the games room, activities and water slide. We loved the pool chairs and happy hour cocktails. The place is starting to date a little, but in general, it is still a great place to stay with a young family. We caught a cheap cab to the restaurants most night, but the food at the hotel was solid.

Nice resort which for the price was a good option for Sanur. The apartments are huge which was a big plus for us and two children. For room size you sacrifice luxury but they were fine, always well cleaned daily. Lovely staff through the resort and the kids enjoyed the pools and kids club facilities.
Some prefer beachfront location but I really enjoyed walking the interesting little back streets to the main street and beach. Loved Sanur as an area - felt authentic and the right side of busy.
This isnt a luxe hotel and at breakfast you could be on the Gold Coast. But its a solid good value deal for families that want space while still being looked after by beautiful staff and with lots to do nearby.

Great they have bus transfers but would be great if they go later in the day.
People were in the main pool from 6am even though it opens hours later making lots of noise waking up the whole resort.

This place was a a little cracker, great for us - family with young kids. Smaller & more casual than the big resorts, still great pools & water slide, kids club, plenty to do for kids. Awesome staff, fresh brekky buffet. Good spa too, still close to beach & plenty dining options in sanur a short walk. Bang for buck👍

Breakfast was mostly okay but never great. The breakfast room is way too small for the number of people who eat there so it gets stupidly busy very quickly.
The staff are consistently excellent.
The showers are awful. Like something from the 1950s.
They get singers some nights so the resort can be noisy but that shuts off at 9pm. The singers were appalling.

This was my 2nd stay, this time with children 7 & 3. The facilities for the kids was fantastic. The separate pool with waterslide was a big hit as was the playground, kids club and activities, movies in the garden and kids happy hour.
The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and very clean. All staff were amazing and so friendly.
The only thing I could suggest is that the pillows are very thick. One not enough but two is too high. Maybe a thick and thin pillow. But this is personal opinion.
We will definitely stay again.

This property puts me in mind of Brits in Benidorm only it’s Ozzies in Bali. Drinking and eating as much as they can, whilst making as much noise as they can.
Check in was friendly and efficient, that’s where efficiency ended.
After our first night of three we requested to change room (1204) Due to the lights in the corridor being on all night and lighting up the bedroom as well as the outside generator going on and off throughout the night. We changed rooms, check in staff said our bags would be brought to our room, over 2 hours and a phone call later we went and collected them ourselves, though the bell boy was still in reception.
Breakfast buffet is a highlight, plentiful amount on offer
Location is in walkable distance to the shops, bars, restaurants and beaches, but there is a shuttle bus for those who are put off by walking.
We had a one bed suite which was well equipped but severely lacked natural light as there was no external windows - so didn’ don’t expect any dirty of view

We really loved it. Fantastic pool with daily activities for kids. Enjoyed lounging around beside the pool and swimming.
The rooms were spacious and clean. Really good air conditioning.
The breakfast buffet and the happy hour were also a winners.
The location was within walking distance to shops but further from the beach. But a shuttle bus was available if needed.
The staff were impeccable. So warm and friendly.
The only thing I could critique was that while the rooms were spacious and clean - they were just a little dated but we didn’t minds that as everything else was excellent. We definitely want to stay there again.

The front as you drive up looks horrendous and I was really worried, however there is a back gate to access shops & eventually the beach.
No Service around the pool, you have to keep going to the bar. I would recommend they offer a service from sunlounger to order food & drinks.

The rooms very spacious, and clean. Breakfast was not included but we had a lot of restaurants close but you needed to go down a back road which was safe, the only thing is the back gate to go through closes at 9pm which is so ridiculous. You would have to get a taxi back to hotel which is on a main highway. Otherwise can not complain about hotel at all. Great for kids. 2 pools plus kids pool has a big water slide tube adults can use also.

Enjoyed our stayed here. The 2 bedroom suite suited us perfectly and was so large. Daytime food options were good besides the pool as was the breakfast buffet. Had the evening buffet one night but it was quite expensive especially with a 12 year old who ate the tiniest amount. It's free for younger children. There are different themed buffets each night & if you want to order a la carte it is brought to your room.

We thought we would try prime Plaza after multiple previous stays at dynasty resort and it was great value for money!
Be aware the the kids club is not a fully supervised kids club, it is more of a kids play area they can go to.
Additionally, the mozzies in the room were some of the worst I have ever seen across many trips to Bali. We had to wear mozzie repellent to bed. I wouldn't not go because of it, (it's Bali, mozzies are just part of the process) but definitely bring some plug in mozzy repellents because the hotel didn't provide any and the only option was to bomb the room with insect spray which made the room stink.

Disappointing stay this time - the 1 bedroom apartment had absolutely no outside space - nowhere to hang wet bathers - no natural light in the room - right by the elevators which had noisy guests going in and out and staff pushing clattering trolleys right outside at all hours of the night. The pool area was busy with towels reserving loungers for guests who weren’t there - and leaving no seats or loungers left unless in full sun. No parasols ??? Staff friendly enough but front desk unhelpful and unresponsive - wouldn’t change the room as they claimed to be fully booked but there was clearly availability online.
