My room was very spacious, and the location was a short ride on the Blue line from the airport. Also, very close to the MoA.

The staff were mostly pleasant. I had a hard time (3 hours) getting the shuttle after I returned my rental car, and when I got to the hotel, the "24/7" restaurant was closed, so I got no dinner, just snacks from the front desk. However,I had no problem getting the shuttle back to the airport at 4:00 in the morning.

We stayed here to relax for a couple days at the end of our vacation. It was perfect. Nice room, good breakfast and convenient location.

When i got here i wasn't told the pool was closed and they refuse to change or canceled my booking, so i was charged the same price, nor a discount or anything. Next day breakfast wasnt cook right, no signs, very crowded, not space to sit down. Although the lady at the front desk was really nice. Never coming back to this hotel.

Parking was not included in the hotel, you had to pay a separate company to park there and then the lot wasn't clean at all. There was trash, french fries, and ketchup that i stepped on to get out of the car.

Shower was terrible. Showerhead on a hose would not stay up. No water pressure. Had a clicking noise in our room entire time. Went down to drinks on Sunday night the desk guy was too busy on a personal call to help. I messaged Hyatt directly Monday and they said the property would get back to me in 72 hours. They have not. Terrible customer service. If this was Hilton the issues would have been addressed immediately.

Everything but parking was great. Assumed QR scan code for parking would mean easy parking registration. Not. Took much longer than putting license number on reg registration. iPhone form not simple at all. Hotel already has all info. Why should a customer have to enter it again and get authorization code from desk to park?!?! And “$10 parking fee” also has tax and $1“service charge” added. Not a lot of money but ridiculous specifics of charge and process. This system needs further evaluation and updating.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times. It is always clean and comfortable.

When I made my reservation, I check to make sure there was a shuttle as I would be arriving very late and didn't want to pay for a rental car just to sit while I slept. Well, it wasn't until I received an email that the shuttle stopped running at 11p. 2 miles from the airport, I was tempted to walk but took a taxi to the tune of $27. The front desk person did not smile, make eye contact and seemed annoyed that I was checking in so late.

Great stay! The hotel is close to
the airport and highway access. Check-in was quick and easy. The property was clean and well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable, and had all amenities needed. Parking was easy, plentiful and well lit. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful, especially Jenny and Yolanda. Breakfast was great for a free hotel breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

A great hotel with friendly accommodating staff.The location was perfect as we were flying out. There was always someone at the desk to help us. Large breakfast room with good food & coffee. Quiet & Clean room couldn't ask for more

And then worst of all there was a creepy guy in the hallway right outside my door right as I walked in the first time absolutely no reason for him to be there at the end of the hall next to the stairwell I had to barricade my door all night

Checking in was a disaster. They tried to charge us $325 when everything had already been booked and paid for. Then after fixing that told us it was a “routing issue” on their end. We check out, and get a random charge for a very random amount that I have no idea where it could’ve come from. Trying to get into contact with anyone to resolve this has been incredibly frustrating and difficult and I still don’t have any actual clear answers. We just got told over the phone “we will fix it now” and have heard nothing back.

Shuttle was great. Check in went smoothly. TV didn’t stay on. Very upset that we received 3 computer wake up calls at 3:30 am but never asked for a call. Breakfast was okay.

It was ok our room was very weirdly configured and the bathroom was very tight the door barley closed due to the proximity of the toilet. had lots of plugs and the wireless charger was a nice touch. The breakfasts were ok same thing every day. Having to pay for parking wasnt great and the pool was very cold. The location was great though Mall of America and shopping close by and a short walk to the train. Overall it was just ok.

And it is very clean. Staff was extremely helpful.

The hotel was very nice and extremely close to The Mall of America. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast with some basic hot and cold options, but nothing special. The hotels rooms were comfortable, but could use some updating. The thing that seperates this hotel from the many i stay at was the customer service. I had minor inconveniences that i brought up to the front desk and it was immediately addressed while making me feel like they actually care about making my stay as best as possible. I would stay here again if i decide to visit the Mall of America again.

The most important thing was that there was excellent parking. The attendant gave us all the information when we arrived. The attendant was very polite.

The staff is wonderful and very helpful which made our stay more comfortable. The breakfast is decent with a nice selection. However, it's an older hotel with small rooms, uncomfortable beds, and poor ventilation. Parking is available but not included with the room so you have to pay by phone otherwise they will issue a ticket.

Super friendly staff! Jenny waived our early check in fee (we checked in at 1ish). Breakfast was good. And our shuttle driver, Huso, to the mall was super nice! The shuttle service to the mall was unexpected but it was really nice, and we were able to call when we were ready to be picked up.

The transportation to and from the airport was excellent. The maintenance man Jamie was great; he came right away when our A/C was broken. He found us a new room and brought us the keys. I was disappointed with the checkin, no information on breakfast or WiFi was given. The breakfast was also disappointing, there were no tea bags, the toaster was smoking and unusable, and the coffee was okay.

This property needs a little TLC. Colorful staff late at night made the check in process fun and memorable. No microwave in my room and none available for guests which is one of the reasons I like Hyatt Place, so that was disappointing. Overall, it's a decent property close to the airport, so if it works well for a quick overnight.

The pool was awful and we could not swim which is why I got the hotel for the pool. The breakfast was not full and was filthy all over. The staff was never at the counter. Always around the corner talking with someone at the bar or wherever. Had to wait every time we were at the counter.
