Restaurant was very nice

Our room was terrible. No air conditioning and the sliding glass door was open and wouldn’t shut from the previous people that must have had the room! We called front desk and was told no manager or facility worker was on site! Had to sleep in room that was 78 degrees and door open!!!! Will never return.

Comfortable room, excellent hot breakfast!

They went out of the way for me and my kids to accommodate an additional bed for us, giving us the extra treats in the room for my kids. It was very special very nice and much appreciated it

Great property, with friendly staff. Free airport shuttle (unlike its sister hotel a few miles away that still advertised but stopped their shuttle due to the pandemic). Room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Minor quibble: the only fresh fruit at breakfast was a salad.

Breakfast, plenty of towels, nice drivers operating the shuttle.

Mattress was old, worn out. No body soap in shower dispenser. Bathroom floor was very dirty with dirt build up. Was charged for 2 waters which we never opened. Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work.

Didn’t make it to breakfast but I know it is very good because we’ve had it before. The beds are extremely comfortable. It’s nice having 2 tv’s so different people can watch more than 1 thing. I liked the coffee maker and that was nice that could have coffee even though I didn’t make it to breakfast.

I did like that when we checked in there was a line and there was only 1 gal checking people in. She was very kind and friendly when we did get there so that did help. I felt like the air was shut off in the morning we check out ? It was really warm in our room and even when I adjusted the thermostat. I also hate to say this but I found a pubic hair on one of the towels in the bathroom the night we checked in. I just tossed the towel to the side. I was kinda freaked out after that. I know no one is perfect but felt it was worth mentioning.

The property had free breakfast with many options. They also host a free happy hour every night from 5:30-7 which was nice and unique. They also offer a delicious restaurant on site which had great food. The bar is also open late which was nice. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

We went during spring break so there was a ton of people. The pool was over run to the point where I question how well it could have held up as far as the sanitation goes. Our room was 82 degrees as a high and 78 as a low while we were there. We were in a corner room with windows and even with the drapes drawn, it was still so hot and there was nothing that could be done as everything is on a central thermostat.

The options for breakfast were impressive, my entire family found something they enjoyed eating. The location was perfect for our outings we had planned. Was definitely our favorite place to stay during our trip. We also enjoyed the restaurant located in the hotel, the food was delicious and the wait staff was awesome.

The staff are truly great, from the chefs in the morning to front staff and everyone who has to clean that giant hotel are amazing. The room was super comfortable for a family with small kids. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and a HUGE perk/ savings. Also the restaurant attached to this specific location is DELICIOUS, we thought we’d only want to eat at the mall but honestly came back to this restaurant twice. Definitely will be staying at embassy suites from now on.

The only negative was the pool, it was nice and the hot tub is huge but due to the amount of people they really put a lot of chlorine into the pool. This caused my 4 yr old to have asthmatic symptoms and our eyes to burn, but honestly it wasn’t the fault of the hotel or staff. The amount of people that where utilizing that pool daily required extra sanitation. The staff did their best!

Clean and check in was quick and easy.

The pool was very small, but still nice for the kids. The staffing for the restaurant was poor, but we were in a storm warning.

Friendly staff and breakfast was really good.

There was a lot of black mould around the sliding door and windows. Chewing gum stuck to the sofa. This was reported to the staff. The family room was a lot smaller than expected and there was no air conditioning despite when booking, air conditioning was listed on the facilities. It was too noisy with traffic outside to leave the door open for too long to let some air into the room. Overall a disappointing stay.

Breakfast was good and so was the location.

Couldn't take a bath, the tub didn't have a plug. The cocktail hour bartender wasn't very knowledgeable.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. They provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well as hand soap. Plenty of towels. They have adults swim only from 10pm to midnight for those that just want quiet time

Having to pay for parking was not high on my list.

You can't control the temperature in your room and not every guest wants it 60 degrees in the summer, It was miserably too cold and if you can't regulate to your comfort level what kind of hotel is that!

Proximity to airport and the shuttle services to/from airport and mall of America.

Arrived around 11:30pm and nothing in bar fridge. Also a big chunk of black long hair in the shower/bath which made me doubt cleanliness. The pillows were also very lumpy.
