Good location, clean, comfy room.

Parking was confusing, didn't realize breakfast was not included.

everything. the parking situation for hotel guests is ridiculous. Apparently there is a walkway from the 2nd floor to the parking garage which would have been nice to know about before I walked in 3 degree weather outside to get to it: Parking only on the rooftop in winter in MN? the stairwell to the rooftop is unsafe and scary. the metal stairs are rusted almost thru. The rooms are old and in need of repair. the ceiling over the shower was scary and we didn’t even feel comfortable taking a shower in there.

the air conditioner in the room was incredibly loud and would regularly start up to heat the room then shut off again then start up again there werent proper curtains for privacy when it is dark outside and you need a light on

I specifically stayed at the hotel for the pool. When I checked in, the pool was out of service! VERY DISAPPOINTING. Could have stayed at anther hotel for cheaper money without a pool. No offer for a room discount for the pool being out of service!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean but a bit worn. Quiet comfortable room. Large bathroom. Very close to popular locations.

Street construction around the hotel. The ramp parking for the hotel was a bit confusing to maneuver. They could also use a few more handicap parking spots.

Hotel shuttle from airport and to airport was timely and very nice drivers. Room was clean and quiet. Shower was great. Ate dinner at restaurant and meal was delicious.

The property is convenient to the airport and the shuttle was easy and ran regularly.
