A fab budget friendly hotel - clean, comfortable and all the amenities you need for a family, including a swimming pool, gym and take away breakfast to have in the room - the room itself was really well laid out with a fridge, iron, hairdryer and enough space for kids to play - really recommend

The hotel is in need of remodeling, carpet in the room had big stains. Plug outlet loose in wall, bathroom countertop had a stain/burn. The rooms furniture was all old and needing replacing. Back of the bathroom door had unknown stains.
I have no idea how this hotel is rated 8 out of 10. It is maybe a 5 or 6 on a good day. Breakfast area is to small can’t move around.

From the moment i arrived the experience was so pleasant. Although the check-in was stressful, no fault of the hotel. I blame Hotels.com and Affirm, the gentlemen were so patient and kind throughout the process and provided us with the most comfortable room. The room was so clean and the bed was a dream. After the nightmare of visiting a Choice Hotel and thinking we were going to be robbed or killed, i wasted no time in booking this Holiday Inn for me and my daughter. Thank you for being so accommodating.

First room assigned did not have working AC. Furniture shabby, bed too soft, limited towels which are small and rough. For $160, I would have expected better- we regularly stay at Holiday Inn Express across the US. Staff friendly.
