The first person who attended me was rude. But the second person was a gentleman. He took his time to look for a room where I am comfortable.

Not a bad place for the money but they definitely need to upgrade the beds. The king bed that I had was very very uncomfortable to sleep on. I got hardly any sleep for the 4 nights that I was there. Other than that it's really not too bad of a place to stay for the amount of money you're paying.

The price was very attractive, but this property needs updating. For starters, we requested non-smoking and maybe that room was but adjacent rooms and the hallway smelled of smoke. The mattress was thin, hard and flat and the room felt a bit like a cellblock. Not one picture on the walls. A smile from the staff on arrival would mean a lot.

The worst…talk about roach motel. This hotel smells of bugs spray and cigarettes in a no smoking zone. There was cockroaches everywhere.

This was a terrible hotel- plexiglas at the check-in window. Doors with gaps on the floor so one could see feet in the hallway. Curtains that were torn and off of hooks. Just run-down and a bit scary. We got off of the interstate and just wanted to sleep for 8 hrs. Well sleep with one eye open we did. Housekeeping looked as if they try—but it’s a difficult task I am sure as it is so run down

The staff was nice and the bed was comfortable. Those are the only positive things I can say. There was a hair on the shower towel, duct tape residue on the toilet seat, the AC unit was covered in dust and I found cockroaches!

Hotel personnel had to switch my room five times because the drainage in the bathtub does not work when you put on shower and in that process of being moved five times I forgot my AirPods and my cell phone charger in one of the rooms talk morning personal about it to give me a call if found and they did absolutely nothing Even when they switched me to the fifth room there was a problem with drainage in the bathtub in that room too, but I was so tired. I just decided not to try to get a sixth room.

Had to move three times during my 5 day stays. The first day the sink was clogged. They moved me to another room the bathroom toilet start bring up water bathroom was flood then they moved me sheet had stains and was covered with blanket also has cigarettes burn even tho i ask for a non smoke room i was still smelling smokes.

All staff great except one older woman who said she would bring more towels but never did and she was rude. The place needs some maintenance as our room had electrical outlet issues so we had to move and plug fridge and microwave elsewhere, microwave old and dirty. Lots of dust in all corners and burn holes on bedding, but nice room other than that. One roll of toilet paper was not enough and asked for more with out any problem by one nice man cleaning. Could use a couple more pillows on bed for comfort though. All in all okay for the price

Very reasonable price, even for the problems. Check in staff was very knowledgeable and professional, even at 11:00 p.m. Room and building smelled of all kinds of things, mold, smoke, cannabis, not fresh, but not chokingly so. Could hear commotion around the room, wasn't sure if police would end up involved, but the deadbolt and security lock felt secure. Bare bones room, but again, it was VERY inexpensive. Bathroom door didn't really close, drywall patch on the walls wasn't even sanded, let alone the same color as the walls. Towels and sheets were coarse, but again, VERY inexpensive!

It's extremely clean the staff is not snobby and I'm very accommodating I asked for a non-smoking and that's what I got not even in my hallway smelled everything was clean as I did a thorough search I feel very safe they weren't people hanging out in the parking lot or in front of the hotel did the hotels hold the quorum was amazing in great I got more than I asked for but my money it's next to Walmart the grocery store CVS Walgreens everything is in walking distance even if you want to go out to eat and have fun there's entertainment like mini golf that you can even see from your window next door try it out. and I appreciate that thank you so much

Appears that Wyndham made an acquisition for additional revenue stream but has not invested any funding into maintenance of property. Gym was closed due to a plumbing/flooding issue. 1st floor ice maker was inoperable. Bare bones room.

The hotel was not up to standards as far as the room was concerned the bathroom shower was dirty & the plug to the refrigerator was not even secured my husband had to ask for more toilet paper , the remote for the tv wouldn’t work. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nothing like the pictures at all!! The “Blanket” on the bed was literally JUST a sheet. A thin sheet. Bathroom was nasty with holes in the ceiling and genuinely we got no sleep the entire night… we purchased this place because of the pictures we saw on Expedia…nothing like the pictures.

We checked in and was given a room that had not been cleaned. When returned to the front desk, apologized and gave us a new room. The room was clean and looked like it was redone fairly recent. The shower water was a little odd color, assuming rust from close road work. Mid night 2 other guest upset, yelling up and down hall way for a couple hours. Then pulled the fire alarm at 2am. The staff was not concerned nor engaged with the people having to leave and stand in parking lot at this time. So new keys needed to be made. I would have liked to see some concern for the people staying at this hotel. If it was a real emergency I would have been concerned for safety.

This was an awful place the room we had was nasty. The TV didn’t work, the TV controller was broken, the toilet wouldn’t flush, there were burn marks in the bedding, it looked like poop was smeared on the bathroom wall. We checked out 1/2 hour after checking in. We didn’t dare sit on the bed. Staff did offer another room but we were so disgusted
we just wanted to leave! We don’t recommend this place!!

Clean room, comfortable inner spring mattress, new vinyl flooring and tiled bathroom, AC worked well. Staff was courteous and efficient. Very basic. No coffee maker, iron, or hairdryer in the room, but mini-fridge and microwave were provided. No breakfast, but host did offer coffee when we checked out. Area is commercial/industrial but seemed safe enough. Just off the turnpike. Great breakfast at the Vernon Dinner nearby.
