Nothing !

The room was disgusting. My husband & I ended up checking out the same day. It was so filthy we just couldn’t stay there. We checked in around 5ish pm put our stuff down & left to get dinner & do some shopping. We go back around 8pm almost 9pm. When we started taking our nighttime things we noticed how gross the room actually was we weren’t even in the room 30 minutes before we decided to check out. There was black mold, the floor was covered in i don’t know what but it was slippery, the walls looked like they had never been wiped and the bathroom I couldn’t even use it I was so disgusted. The front desk person told me to call back the next day for a refund where then I was denied said refund because I didn’t check out writhing 30 minutes to an hour of my check in. I explained that all we did was out our things down & left that they could check the cameras. They proceeded to say they were too busy and couldn’t. I reported this to the booking site and now I’m waiting for a response. I took so many pictures but could only post 4.

Smells terrible The rooms look nothing like they are advertised Unclean A lot of people hanging out in the doorway I didn't have to provide ID on check in. Feels very unsafe
