I first stayed at the Art Hotel Navigli in March 2008 for a week while studying my Master's degree with Middlesex University London. From then, it has changed as it has gone / is going through a fab renovation. We missed our flight from Milan due to a long delay and had to stay in Milan for the night and the first hotel that came to my mind was this one. Returning 16 years later with the family. The area itself is very charming, full of restaurants and it's only around 25 minute walk from Milan's famous Duomo Cathedral. Professional staff, clean and refurbished hotel - couldnt have asked for more! Highly recommend due to great location!

Unique dining area where locals chill until midnight daily. Very nice hotel with free water unlimited and many snacks.

Hotel is locates by the river with lots of restaurants. Room was enough space for 3, with a big balcony. Nice and clean hotel with elegant breakfast area. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Absolutely adored our stay here. Such a cute area with loads of bars and restaurants, and the spa was an added bonus.

The hotel was great for our family of 4. It was close to a canal with good restaurants and was within walking distance to all of the places we wanted to visit.

Walking distance to everything and staff was very helpful even though we did not speak Italian.

Excellent service from all team members from the front desk counter to , breakfast/ bar team to housekeeping.

We had a great stay and the breakfast was amazing. This hotel has a parking garage which is very convenient if you rent a car for your trip. Lots of restaurants just outside the hotel and a mini market (Carrefour Express) We had a connecting room for our kids which was very comfortable

The hotel is in a nice quiet location just near the canal. The staff was friendly, the breakfast very good and they also offered us an incredible complimentary buffet with a wide range of snacks when we ordered drinks at the bar. This was very much appreciated on our part. The room was very clean and spatious. The rooftop terrasse was perfect on a sunny day. All in all we had a great experience.

The hotel was amazing and staff were very helpful.

Nice location

We were charged for three nights and it took forever to get it corrected. We had breakfast both mornings and asked for a cappuccino and they brought us an americano both times. Might have been a language barrier but it was frustrating. When we finally got the room corrected on our return stay they offered us free breakfast, but we had to leave at 6 am.

The property was clean , the room was spacious and well equipped. The staff were polite and friendly and provided us with a complimentary bottle of while for my daughter's 18th birthday. Well located for the ATM into Milan.

To be honest, I was hardly at the hotel, but the check-in and out experience was great. Friendly and professional. The room was comfortable and had everything I’d need. Breakfast was acceptable.
