It was fantastic! The room was clean and cozy! And saved us from having to drive back late from a concert!

Laundry room not working they had to give me a third room because there was leaks everywhere sewer sewage, lots of dogs in the hotel rooms will not use again

Awful property that sleeper like cigarette smoke and weed.

The room standard i choose suite when i booked the hotel, the bathroom had no hot water and the toilet wasnmessed up, had too be pluge every single time if u wanted to not have an bigger problem, just bc it flowed upwards and not down, the room smelled horrible but so did the elevator, otherwise the 12 channels on tv offered no good shows, something bit me on my arm during my sleep. Checked the bed saw nothing but was enough to check out extra early when we had another engagement to go to , i was ready 🙃 period. We had to get ready for the day and ended up driving 2 hrs back home to get ready and then another 2 to get back in the area of cary .

What I didn't like was an additional $25 security deposit at check-in and No breakfast of any kind, except coffee.

I came to the property with little to no expectations given the reviews written about this place. I also understood for the price, it might not be the best but my experience was way worse than what I was expecting. Initially, everything was fine, the front desk was nice and I got checked in quickly. Once I got to my room through, I noticed a few stains on the side table and kitchen area. It was a small problem so I decided not to let it bother me. However later that night when I returned to my room, I was in the bathroom washing my hands when I picked up my towel off the counter and a cockroach came out from under it. It was so gross and I immediately felt disgusted and did not want to touch anything. I was too tired to complain so I slept the night since I was leaving the next day anyway. Well, one thing after another I guess and in the morning I heard someone trying to open my door. It scared me for a bit but eventually the person left. I get a phone call in the next ten minutes from the front desk. Apparently I was in the wrong room and that I didn't have a reservation. I did not like the tone this person had with me. They were very accusatory as if I was the one who made a mistake. Excuse me but I just went to the room written on my key card. I did not just walk to a random room of my choosing and decide to stay there. I literally doubled checked the number on my key card and the number of the room. I think that was very unprofessional and rude. Do not recommend!!!!

We were ok with the room, although the floor was dirty, both the carpet and the laminate. We also would have appreciated having an ice machine available since there are no ice trays and the ice maker is not hooked up in the room refrigerator/freezer. We did enjoy the coffee, although it was not available all the time, only in the morning.

Overall the property is nice and the staff is very nice but there is room for improvement. We chose this property because it was one that actually had a separate room and a living room and kitchen area which is a plus for a family. They checked us into a room that was not ready for guest it was not clean at all & the carpet was soaking wet. They switched our room but that room also could have been cleaned better. The condition of the rooms look like they do a quick refresh but not a proper cleaning and I guess no one goes behind and inspects after. I feel like a property like this with the kitchen there should be a better standard of cleaning after each checkout to ensure a good guest experience for the next. The linen for the sofabed was balled up and just thrown in the closet so there is no way to tell if it was clean linen or not which was extremely off putting. This property is also extremely low staffed the front desk clerk has to multitask.

Nice area convienent and easy to find. Problem with dishwasher not drainng, but told staff so they could have it repaired. Also door handle of fridge. Staff was ki d and respectful, very nice.

The room was not clean. There were hairs in the shower and bathroom sink.

Property was nasty in the inside rooms look like they haven’t been clean , let’s not forget property is infested with ROACHES! They checked me in under the wrong person when they had my ID in hand idk how that could happen. Room has a fridge that looks like it’s from 1980 and never been clean just all around I wouldn’t recommend -10/10

Conveniently located near shopping and dining.

The rooms are pretty run down. It seems they renovated but it was clearly a bandage over an oozing sore. The hallways are musty, the elevator triggers anxiety, the doors dont opened properly. I hurt my shoulder trying to open the back door. Oh, and the AC! Our AC was going out and I called the front desk. She said well the thermostat, which we already did. We had to get on the floor and go up under the unit to jiggle some wires. The AC went out at least 5 times. I only stayed here because i was in between leases. But its clearly shows that Management doesnt care

The property is clean. Our first night it was a little loud because the person above us was waking and or moving something across the floor. The location was great because it was near restaurants when we did not feel like cooking and the RDU airport was 15 minutes away.

Very dirty. We aren’t picky by any means but it was pretty gross. First room smelled like pot when we arrived. 3:30am we got woken up with a call that our smoke detector was going off (not to our knowledge as our room was silent) but we were told by another worker it’s likely from it being tampered with previously. We also had a completely broken shower in our first room. Despite staying mid week with a nearly empty parking lot the night shift was unable (unwilling?) to switch our rooms and left it for someone else to take care of later, so we weren’t able to shower until late in the afternoon on our second day. Both rooms were really dirty- especially in the bathrooms and kitchenettes. Pot smoking in the parking lot, super loud music late at night… while I realize those issues aren’t directly the hotel’s problem it just added to an overall underwhelming stay.

Most of employees were very nice, only one was horribly rude; avoided the desk whenever she worked. Had to move rooms twice bc refrigerator &/or freezer didn't work. Icemakers didn't work in any of them. Otherwise, nice & quiet with clean rooms & well-supplied kitchenette

Out of the way of busy traffic and very close to excellent restaurants.

Kitchen floor had dirty boot marks dressers had cup rings fridge was smashes bad smell from fridge and air conditioner

Nice staff

It was good! It was quiet, the staff was great and everyone was really sweet. No major complaints. The bed was fine, the sheets and pillows were clean. There’s cable and a nice size TV.

Easy fast check in

This hotel was extremely dated, and did not seem very clean. I’m not sure when the tile grout in the bathroom floor had been cleaned last. Our door would not close properly and we had to physically push it to close. I did not feel comfortable using any of the kitchen appliances because things just looked like they hadn’t been tended to. The window screen had been bent in and was not secure. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was supposed to be non smoking but there was a pretty strong smoke smell throughout my stay. Staff was cool though.

Our bed frame was missing a few bolts. Just sitting on the foot of the bed was noisy. I can't believe there were no usb outlets in the room. One knife, spoon, cup and plate. You could hear every noise from the room above. Not the greatest stay

Well, we didn't get much sleep at night, people on the second floor were very loud and we smelled Marijuana every day, the front desk person was never available to help. Just bad

The hotel was close to quite a bit.
