Wonderful hotel with modern amenities and old world charm. Staff is very welcoming and helpful always going above and beyond. The breakfast was definitely worth taking. Great selection, interesting setting and great staff. Close enough to the action but in a quiet setiing.

Our stay was excellent from checkin to checkout. Rooms were ready for us a bit early and the air conditioning was fabulous in the Graz heat. Staff were very kind and attentive. Breakfast was delicious! Danke!

I recently stayed at this hotel in Graz, and I have to say, it was amazing! Everything about our stay was just perfect. The service was top-notch, and the hotel was super clean. The rooms were great too—you could find everything you needed right there. The staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling. They went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Even after we checked out, they parked our car for us and let us leave our luggage there while we explored the city. That was so convenient! Honestly, our stay was so good that words can't really do it justice. If you're ever in Graz, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. You won't be disappointed!

The property is a nice hotel, made super by its consistently charming and welcoming staff. I have not seen service like this in such a long time, and all by a young team. The hotel is a mix of classic hotel with modern art and located so very close to the Centrum. Instant appreciation for this property.

The rooftop terrace on the walls of the Schlossberg mountain was truly one of a kind. Great place to enjoy the sunset, to swim, to share a drink.

Nice overnight stay in the beautiful city of Graz. Very large room in a modern (but not nice) building next to the hotel. Breakfast was great and service first-class.

The hotel is ok. The stuff very nice. Location good. No hotel restaurant, just a bar inside. The room was pretty comfortable with a big bathroom. But I had a feeling that the floor of the bathroom was dirty. That's bcs of the spots -stains from before . The door paint was very cheap I guess and there are a lot of spots on the doors too. No fridge in the room! * I needed to pay extra for parking even if it was not noticed on the reservation like for example extra charge for the breakfast buffet.

Everything about the large, comfortable room and bathroom was excellent. Hallways and rooms are full of interesting contemporary art. It was a hot season, and the AC worked well. This is a wonderful location right across the street from the tram. You will be charmed by climbing up to the platforms with sculptures, tables, view, and a small, clean swimming pool overlooking the city.

This was perfect for our family. We had two apartments that were very spacious. The location was eat, garden terrace was lovely. We also loved the breakfast every day. Highly recommend!

We loved this hotel. We rented two rooms for my family of 5. Each room we got was a small apartment with a king sized bed and a nice pull out bed. Breakfast was a great way to start the day—delicious. We parked our car and walked everywhere. Loved Graz too.

Very friendly staff and excellent location.

Second time staying there and enjoyed my stay once again. Great staff. Artwork in the hotel is interesting and odd in some areas so be mindful of that if you have children.

Charming hotel close to everything. They have a dedicated parking garage, and they will park the car for you. We arrived on a holiday, but the front desk staff was quick to make dinner reservations for us at an Italian restaurant. We really enjoyed our brief stay here.

The only issue is the noise

Beautiful property that feels like walking into a museum given the amount of art on the walls. Room was very comfortable. Situated in a lovely part of town. I had a very enjoyable tay and would come back and recommend to others.

The Schlossberg Hotel is like a home away from home for me when I visit my daughter in Graz. This is the third time I have stayed and have no plans to stay anywhere else. The location is amazing. The art is amazing and the old world charm can't be beat. Highly recommend.

Amazing service, fantastic, huge rooms full of all amenities. The hotel is beautiful and very centrally located, close to everything worthwhile. We weren't planning to return to Graz but this hotel and the beautiful city have changed our mind. Schlossberg hotel, see you again soon.

Very charming, spacious and comfortable hotel with a fantastic restaurant. Perfect place to land after a flight in/to Munich. Highly recommend Therme Erding to soak travel pains away (only 1.5 m from the hotel). Beer is excellent and the town is beautiful. We'll definitely use this hotel as our "go to" first/last night when flying from the US into Munich. Note: the front desk reception closes at 4pm. Be sure to contact them if you need to check in after them. They'll be happy to accommodate you but don't get caught by surprise. Not an issue if you plan accordingly. Nice parking garage under the hotel if you have a car with direct access to the hotel.

Very beautiful hotel near the Schlossberg. The room had a great atmosphere with very nice decor. The room was quite spacey as well. Breakfast was very high quality, for the price 21 euros it was worth it. I had a small complaint about the noices but the staff took it very well and reacted. The staff was extremely friendly and polite throughout my whole visit. Would recommend the hotel anyday!

Wonderful service, helpful staff. Very nice place

the reception was good, the room was large and clean, but to access it was through the breakfast room, and up a flight of stairs with no elevator. Also the room was rather dark, being that the windows opened into a narrow skylight.
