Always good and reliable stay. The service is friendly and efficient, especially in the restaurant. We generally like the rooms, clean and cozy.

The stay was awesome until I got up at 5:00am to take a shower and there was NO HOT WATER. We were very disappointed that we had to take cold showers.

Room was not cleaned thoroughly. There were half drinken sodas in the mini fridge and something had spilled and dried on the desk. I let the front desk know and all they said was ''oh''. Next time we will stay somewhere else.

We’ve stayed here multiple times and have always loved it. The rooms are spacious and really comfortable. The staff is amazing. We love Hudson’s Bar and Grill too. We had Thanksgiving dinner there for the second year in a row and will be back next year. It’s a great convenient location for going into Portland.

It was okay. But I think they put us in the broken room because we booked on Hotels com :(. The phone was broken, the balcony was inaccessible due to "maintenance", however it looked like nothing was being done, it looked fine. The TV wasn't working. Only stayed one night on the way to our nephew's tournament. Have stayed here once before several years ago and wasn't overwhelmed then either. Not worth the price and add on fees. Cute hotel with lots of possibilities. Staff was like warm. Bed was okay, but stiff, we woke up with leg and back pains 😔. The shower has mold in it and just did not look clean. Carpet was the same, it also did not appear to be clean 😔. Overall disappointed. We had heard good things about the hotel from friends and family and we travel frequently so we thought we would try it again. Won't book a 3rd time 😣.

We always enjoy our stay st the Heathman Lodge. Usually everything is perfect. This time, however in room 359 we had a very uncomfortable bed. The mattress is old and soft. It really needs to be changed out for a new one. Other than that, our stay was good.
