The property showed signs of heavy use from worn and stained chair to plumbing valve not working as it should (it did work though).

Check in was a bit awkward...clerk charged me though the room was already paid for. She didn't seem to really want to help, and was confused the whole time. Had to get a manager to fix her error...manager was VERY nice. Clerk seemed like I was wasting her time.

Rooms are only serviced every other day, so we had to request toilet paper and coffee/coffee cups. Breakfast selection was pretty good, though replenishing took a fair amount of time. Desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. Pillows left a lot to be desired, as I'm used to having more of a variety to choose from. Hotel is central to many nice restaurants and interesting sights.

I’m not sure if this particular Hampton Inn is new or just newly renovated, but it is modern, clean, and the rooms offer plenty of storage and attractive furnishings. We loved the hair and body care products in our bathroom, and we appreciated that breakfast is available at 6am. If you’re a light sleeper, keep in mind that this hotel is very close to Route 220 so you’ll hear occasional revving motors; bring a white noise machine or us a sound app to drown out the noise.
We will definitely stay here again when our travels take us to Williamsport.

The manager was very rude at check in. I don’t think she liked I booked with Expedia. ( than don’t offer through Expedia) I had reservations for two nights, I adjusted reservation & added an extra night. Even though I had reservation number & had emailing confirmation of two days, she was put out. When asked how can we remedy this , she said I am changing it, but gave no response until I asked what can we do? Very very rude.

It was a nice location. We notice in the rooms the size of trash can . They are to small . Because have drinks or left overs from a restaurant the box fills the trash cans.

We were very disappointed. Our granddaughter was with us. She came with the intention of lots of pool time. The pool was FREEZING. she could only stay in for a few minutes. Then to make things worse, the HOT TUB was only a WARM TUB. The temperature was only in the low eighties on Sunday afternoon, and on Monday morning the temperature was still only WARM. The use of the pool and hot tub was the MAIN reason we chose this hotel. It won’t happen again. It’s time to find another hotel with better ammenities.

Breakfast was good. TV had no signal in our room. Maintenance came quick with no luck. We were offered to switch rooms or reward points. We switched rooms. The pool was closed.

First off I arrived at the hotel was told I could not register as computer system was down, I was not able to get a card to room. So I hung around lobby and sat in my car for some time 3 hrs or so. I was told that I would not be charged anything. The woman behind the desk called the holiday inn right next to Hampton inn as I was able to get a room for the night there. As of now I don’t know if the computer system was back up 24 hrs later.
