The bed was horrible. It would have been more comfortable on the floor.

We just stayed here for one night, the place is a little outdated but was clean, the room was clean and spacious, Alex at the front desk was very nice and accommodating.

The front desk lady was so helpful! She had a servants heart helping me with my two boys.

The room was clean, bed was comfy. The hot tub was out of order and that was one of the things I was hoping to use.

If I was rating the property for staff alone, the rating would be much higher. However, the hotel building itself indoor and outdoor was run down. The room was hot when we entered and took time to cool down with the AC unit. I think that the hot, muggy weather made for the perfect breeding ground for mold because that’s what the air from the AC smelled like when it was running. The elevator was quite dirty and noisy. The pool was overcrowded with young kids having a blast - which was fine as long as you neither wanted to swim nor talk. The beds were good, though definitely not queen size - more like a full. The adjoining rooms do not have a handle on the exterior so if your kids shut the door, make sure you have your keycard handy or block the door from being shut. The breakfast was a mixture of good and bad. The sausage wasn’t good at all. The egg substitute had no flavor. The waffles were great. I didn’t see fruit except for bananas and the juices were from concentrate. The coffee was good, however, and the people friendly.

The check in was fairly efficient and friendly, as was the brief interaction checking out the next morning. The room, though, was smelly and showing some signs of age. My son could hardly stomach the smell, but it was already late, so I didn’t want to leave and look for another place; I turned on the air conditioner and that helped (or maybe we just got used to it). I hate to leave a poor review, but we certainly wouldn’t return nor would we recommend this property to anyone else. It’s cheaper than most; otherwise, hard pass.

Weird stains on the floor, toilet had no water and was weird with flushing. Card got charged before check in, after selecting pay at hotel.
