Very unfinished and what was finished was very poorly done! The staff was great and very friendly

They are currently renovating which is fine. Everything is clean as possible and most things are brand new. However, there is MOLD in my refrigerator! It was so disgusting I couldn’t use it!

I travel for work and stay in hotels more than 50 nights per year. This is the second worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room smelled bad and the bedding was worn out and torn. The bathroom was “clean” but in disrepair. On the positive side, the desk crew was friendly and accommodating.

I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathroom the bed was rockhard and could not get a good rest

Front door guy was not very nice to us I think they need to approve and when we got to the room or cable was broke in the bathtub was not looking too good should be repaired the only thing we like was the house cleaning lady she was very nice so I give it a 3 out of a 10 we've stayed here before and I was disappointed so I think they need it improve I don't think I want to stay here anymore

Can’t complain, chose it for the price. Basically sufficient, but could use a renovation. Other hotels were 2-3x the price so you get what you pay for.

The property needs to be upgraded and the rooms definitely do not look like the picture that you guys posted

Lumpy bed not appealing @ all look like a blanket just thown on the bed

Better call before checking in.... and ask about the Room whether all things are working or not....

I booked a smoking room, when checked in I was informed that it was not available. Fine. No offer for my inconvenience of having to go and smoke in my car despite the availability of smoking rooms online. Fine. When asked to fix tv clerk made unappreciated comments to me and my guest. I am a grown woman and do not appreciate the judgement. I never smoked in the room but felt like clerk was stalking or watching me constantly. Creepy. Will not be back

The hotel is horrible! The property is run down, dirty, and unsafe!

I didn't even stay I had to go find a new, hotel walls was dirty and the room was really old... They should really close that hotel and start over

The first room that I requested I was not put in. Then moved to another room where the sink was broken in the bathtub was disgusting. So the manager gave me a room for free the next night. Very friendly family owned hotel they just need to work on their cleanliness and having their rooms up to par.

Very disappointed. Upon check-in had to wait 10 minutes for the lady to finish a conversation with a relative. Reserved a non smoking room and was given a smokin one. I had our 3 small dogs with us and even brought their crates, Found someone had accessed our room while we were out to dinner, there was mint candy wrappers by the one crate and my dog had vomited in her crate. Then when getting ready for bed my daughter found a bug on the wall so she started checking her bed and found another. Turns out it was bed bugs!!!! Needless to say we packed up and we’re out of there in 10 minutes . Manager did refund some of my money.

Bed bugs,dirty linen, dirty bathtub, cockroach in the bath. Spider eggs behind bed. Would not recommend.to anyone.

No, no, oh my goodness no. Between the just released convict who approached my three different times before I made it to my room, the recently broken door jam, the smell of my room or the unsightly bulge on a bed that I never touched, it took me all of ten minutes to decide to forfeit the room cost for two days and run to another hotel.

Bed was not made with proper sheets. Shower curtain had mold. Bathtub severely stained. Door very difficult to close when leaving room.Owner checked the room to make sure it was ready before I entered. So I guess this is standard room conditions. I did not stay the night. I continued driving 3 hours to my destination.

Only one sheet on the bed. Nonexistent breakfast. Room had trace of smoking smell. Door would not shut properly.

Outdated, dirty, disrepair & staff was very unaccommodating for simple request.
