We stayed in what may have been the last night of the hotel. Helene came through the very next night and did a dance on Ashville. We hope the staff are all safe and that of their families. The hotel was first rate. Highly recommend it if it survived.

Very nice overall. The outlets may be walkable but it’s not a safe walk. Highway crossing and most of the outlet shops said open until 8 but were closed when we went at 6pm. Hotel is very nice and I do recommend it.

We thought the hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. A lot of updates to the hotel room which was nice. Will definitely stay here again.

Bed was comfortable and water pressure in shower was good. Other than that, I was truly disappointed in this hotel. The pictures make it look much nicer than it is in reality. Chose this property due to the presense of an indoor and outdoor pool. Both were closed upon check-in. Outdoor pool re-opened the next day, but since it had been just refilled, it was a bit cool for me.
Strangest experience is that when we returned after a full day at the Biltmore Estate, we found our room door propped open (assume by the cleaning staff.) Nothing was missing, but not a comfortable discovery for sure.

First and foremost, the staff is exceptional. They are quick to respond, extremely friendly, and go out of their way to help their guests. Unfortunately, their supply truck didnt come in time for breakfast, so the employee was scrambling as most as possible to help everyone. There were no paper plates, but they went out of their way to run to a store and purchase more. Absolutely hard workers that need more credit. I only gave 4 stars because the moment I came to my room I saw a device used to break into hotels rooms laying on the ground across the way from me. Made me feel uneasy, and didnt have the best sleep from constantly listening for the door. My kids slept well, and the hotel is extremely quiet. Could not hear any of my neighbors until I made it to the hallway.

The morning front desk male staff member was not very pleasant. Had to come and get towels. The hot tub was closed and I booked it just for that. It was raining and the pool outside and the outlet mall is outside so it was a wasted one day trip for $230.

We stayed here last year and everything was great. Room was extremely clean. This is past trip not so much. Looks like the shower heads have not been cleaned at all. The worst part was I got at least two fleas off my feet at different times and we don’t have animals. I love animals but if you’re going to accept them at your property then your level of cleaning should step up. Unfortunately will not be back.

We enjoyed our stay. Their bed and bedding allowed us to have some of the best sleep we've ever had at a hotel! It was like sleeping in the clouds, truly! Breakfast was not great, but you get what you pay for (yes, it was free, lol). We got extra k cups (Green Mountain )from the front desk( they were super friendly) and made coffee in the room. All juice was watered WAY down (I didn't finish the cup it was so gross). BUT, they did have individual peanut butter and honey packets for toast and bagels, which was a win for me! A nice variety of quick breakfast foods & a few hot items (eggs, bacon, sausage).
We had no problem with noise or crowds. We didn't hear anyone or tvs or even showers running in other rooms, which is unheard of most of the time!
We definitely recommend staying with them and letting them take care of you👍

Went to three hotels on this trip, this was by far the best. Clean, nice, and front desk staff was excellent and friendly. Breakfast was good, pool is nice.

At 10 pm I stood waiting to check in while the desk attendant talked about guns with another man. The attendant looked up at me several times without saying anything. I had to interupt the conversation to check in. If i had not already reserved the room then i would have moved on to another establishment. Never got an Im sorry for the wait or inconvenience. I checked out at 7 am, these people needed to wake up

The pool was open and they actually had towels available at the pool! Unfortunately, the hot tub spa was closed for renovations.

See picture below at what greeted us at our door. There were other dirty towels and laundry in the hallways. Hair in bathrooms. Yuk. NO CINNAMON ROLLS EITHER. Corporate back order.
