Triple room was tiny. No room to walk around. Hung out around the hotel instead of the room. No pool or spa. Close to airport. Construction in the area prevented the GPS from giving us clear directions to the airport. Still managed to return car without any issues.

We had dinner in their restaurant waited for more than one hour and saw one female staff delivered my order (sunny kef burger) to the next table. Strangely, the customer accepted it. It made me thinking he had the same order as mine. one of our order came at the same time. 10 minutes Later, the staff went to the next table took his plate off their table. We waited another 25 minutes for our two other orders, it was about time the restaurant to be closed. It made me mad. When I ask him why it took so long for a simple burger, he said because of another big party was going on in the other side. he did not even apologize about the delay. He did not mention the delivery to wrong customer, which was a big no no. The staff service was extremely terrible.

Not the best hotel even to spend a night. Rooms are very tiny, dirty and you can hear everything including someone in the next room or walking. I woke up multiple times throughout the night. Not worth it if you would like a good night sleep before your travels ahead. Recommend to look elsewhere.

A great party atmosphere and busy bar area when we arrived. If, like us, you need an early night before an early flight be aware that the music from the restaurant continues all night so if you are on the second floor at the restaurant end, you will still be hearing Tina Turner at 4.30 when you get up for your flight.

Comfortable bed, clean big room, convenient and central in Keflavik. Close to the airport for an early flight. Only negative for us was that we had hoped to eat in the hotel's restaurant, but the music was so loud that we went elsewhere.

Bad smell everywhere, especially in the room. The property itself looks weird, like a rural Chinese hotel pretending to be fancy but unable to make it due to lack of aesthetic appeal.

Stayed in a family room. The room needed some TLC: the window wouldn’t close, which was reported but not fixed and the sofa bed was uncomfortable and squeaked when you rolled over. Decent sized room, and check-in staff were helpful and pleasant. Hotel restaurant was nice.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during our Europe baby-moon. The hotel was very clean, the restaurant food was immaculate, and the hotel staff was very nice. We also loved the Versace design in the hotel. Thanks for the great stay!

We had an amazing stay during our 22 hour flight overlay. Close to the airport, easy transportation, breakfast and dining options and super helpful staff!

Looks like hotel was recently remodeled, but for some reason all floors are polished granite and very slippery. Also, bathroom tub and shower inside are just dangerously slippery, it was scary to get in to take a shower and not slip and slide and fall. Very unsafe. No rubber mat was provided. Rooms are tiny, air circulation does not work at all. Inconvenient location both to airport and the city.

Good location close to the airport.

The hotel itself is lovely. Nice room. Comfortable and quiet. The area is somewhat mixed use, so there are some bars and restaurants but also some industrial buildings. It was a good option to be near to the airport for a morning flight. I would stay again.

Staff are remarkable. Decor is perfect. Atmosphere brilliant. Room was super cold. Also had to stay during flight delays and everyone couldn’t have been nicer! Great hotel.

Location - very good Bathroom needs renovation - cracks in the tile, no ventilation, chipped vanity and door paint are not what you expect from the price. Not 1 luggage stand.

After we checkin we noticed the TV wasn’t working. They had no other rooms available to move to but promised it would be fixed the next day. It wasn’t so they moved us thank you to the manager and upgraded the room and gave us a comp breakfast.

Very nice hotel, great restaurant ... had the lamb dinner was very tasty, wine was just average and very costly. Breakfast was excellent but had to pay for it, not included in room fee.

it was insulting to be told to wait in the lobby or pay 20 euros to access the room twenty minutes earlier than check in time. also the toilet hadn't been flushed. otherwise if you like greek brothel style this place is for you

The hotel property is very classy. The food was fantastic and the staff was very helpful. The only "issue" is that the room was much warmer than I prefer, and due to no AC (it is Iceland) was unable to get the temperature lower.

worst hotel ever. Cannot believe this is 4 stars. couldn't breathe in the terrible tiny room we were given. my mum almost had a panick attack. sheets were dirty. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Overall, it was great. The restaurant is beautiful, the decor is interesting, and the room is fine. I booked a twin room and it was small but definitely big enough! The food was delicious but comes at a price, though. Literally, it's expensive, even by Reykjavik standards. I appreciated that they let me hang out in their garden room. They wanted to charge €20 PER HOUR to check in early, without even checking whether the room was ready. Also the room was really hot (which I get is unusual for Iceland) but I could NOT get it to cool down with the tiny window. :-(

Good option for short stay in Keflavik

Nice, clean hotel and close to the airport. The food was amazing. We ate dinner and breakfast there. The staff was so nice and even called our taxi for us when we had to leave for the airport. There is a nice paved walk along the water that is close to the hotel.
