The lady at the counter was really nice. The place was really quite. and loved there rooms. Very comfy beds.

No swimming pool when you say you have one, no water to drink in the hotel, vending machines or in the restaurant. The pillows smells bad Towels very old

Hot tub pool closed. Ice machine empty and broken. No channel guide on tv. QR code for guide was incomplete with only a few listed. QR guest guide was not even close to be complete for other info like restaurants etc. room fine but not as nice as other Hampden inns we have stayed at.

Air conditioner wasn't working when we got there, but maintenance switched out the unit pretty quickly, so we didn't have to switch rooms.

Overall it’s a nice older property. The pool is currently closed for renovations. It’s was well kept but I would not say 100% clean. Definitely no bugs or other truly nasty stuff. We had our closet/mirror fall off and about take out my daughter. Very safe location. Staff were very nice

The swimming pool was down. And also the ice machine. Those two things were very disappointing

Pool was permanently closed but hotel.com stated it was open and availabile. Lack of information and really bummed out my trip.

The hotel is nice and clean, and staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, lots of hot items (usually some type of eggs, breakfast meat and potatoes, also other items to make burritos or sausage gravy), waffles, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, fruits, big selection of breads and spreads. They have coffee in the lobby all day as well as a cold drink and other snacks (like cookies). They also have bottled water for guests and sometime we saw lunch bags (with PB&J sandwich and an apple). However, the pool and Jacuzzi were out of service (I assume for a while because it looked like under some type of construction or maintenance). Some floors were humid (like the AC was not working so well). My AC in the room didn't feel like it was working well at the beginning. It improved as I kept it on for a few days (I stayed 4 nights).

Nice, comfortable overnight stay at a reasonable price. Good breakfast.

The hotel was located conveniently to where I had an eye surgery, easy to and from.

Hotels . Com did not inform me that the pool And hot tub was closed and it was the reason why I booked there 😡 I know I could have changed but had been on the road all day with a 3 year old that was looking forward to swimming

The property was conveniently located by the highway, which let me get to places like downtown and the stadiums very quickly. The staff was very courteous and helpful, and it is the first Hampton Inn that I have received complimentary water bottles (two!l and tolietries). Hallways werent the most clean, but that was because there were renovations.

Everything was great, as I would expect all Hamptons to be.

The hotel was clean, nice and the breakfast was very good./ It had a variety of cold and hot items.

The property was clean and the staff was nice. That’s about It. The water pressure in the bathroom was terrible. The outlet in the bathroom kept shorting out when I was trying to do my hair. The pool was closed and I was told It had been for about a month. They had breakfast, but It wasn’t stocked hardly at all. Overall, It was pretty pathetic. Wish I would have chosen a different hotel.

Right off the highway, which is typical, everything was fine, expect the light in the bathroom and the fridge

I was very disappointed when we arrived at the hotel and we couldn’t get a room key. The system was down and our inter stay we had no room key we had to ask staff to let us in our each time we left the room. Than the juice maker was out of order when we went for breakfast. Not a pleasant stay for us.

Great location not to far from downtown

Perfect overnight stay for our road trip. Location was good. Breakfast was good, room was clean and comfortable.

Shower head leaked constantly. Fire alarm went off at 3:30am our first night there. Pool and hot were both out of order. Grounds were not well kept.

We enjoyed our stay, but were disappointed that the pool was out of commission and we were not able to utilize it during our getaway.

It's a nice place to stay. We only stayed overnight, but everything was great. People were great, room was great, bed was comfortable. Everything was really clean.

There is no pool/hot tub available. It’s been under renovation or repair for at least a month. The hallway on 3rd floors smells. Otherwise place was clean and breakfast was decent.
