Several rooms on my floor had signs on the doors. The rooms were deemed unlivable for humans. I didn't notice this until the afternoon of day three.

The hotel was tucked away and very quiet which I absolutely loved. We went for a walk to the park right behind the hotel and seen horses, goats, and roosters. This was very fun for my son. It was great that pets are allowed and even better that the rooms are in good shape and very clean!

I was pleasantly surprised by my room. It was spacious, very clean, lots of bath towels, fully stocked shower supplies and large refrigerator and very large desk area. Little extras were night curtains that closed fully overlapped and a very comfortable easy chair for TV watching. Staff were all pleasant and helpful on my questions. This was a trip to visit family, 2 miles away, and I will stay again next trip for sure. Good value.

Fire alarm evacuation for over an hour the first day with no updates or info from staff. Had to reach out to the FD myself. Water service down for a couple hours the second day with no updates or info from staff.

Was told they were doing remodeling... our toliet didn't flush, no trash cans in the room and the air/heater did not work. While it did have a full size fridge, stovetop range, microwave, and desk, we were only there for a night so we did not use those. Staff was nice amd so is the area.

The staff was great, and the hotel was very clean. My only complaints are there was carpet peeling back around the ac unit, the sink faucet was loose and there was a towel bar that was obviously broken off the wall in the bathroom. Other than that, the room and my stay there was immaculate. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Older property. Smelled weird. End of hallway right next to room taped off for construction. Room was okay, just old. No USB plugs anywhere.

The room was clean. The remote needed a new battery, but I just changed the channels on the TV. I could have asked the front desk and I know they would have given me a new battery. The elevator door seemed a little wonky when it closed. The hallway smelled funky the last night I stayed. The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel is a little older, and personally, I think the price was a little steep, but overall I enjoyed my stay.

We stayed for the weekend to go to a Red Rocks concert. It was a nice and convenient location, with everything we needed nearby. The place was clean, friendly staff, kitchen in room was stocked with basics but they offered to borrow anything you needed by request. We will stay here again on our next trip!

The room was good size and bed was reasonably comfortable and clean. Our shower/tub on the first floor didn’t drain properly so it filled while using it. The door lock was broken and the catch was missing so we couldn’t properly lock door from the inside. There were dark spots on the bathroom ceiling, The hotel property also smelled of weed, which is their fault but unfortunate. Also note they put a $250 hold on account that I was told could take 4 days to be refunded.

Room smelled musky. $5 parking per car. The suite that had a pull out couch-bed had no blankets. Many loud noises in the room due to refrigerator, A/C, etc. Since the couch-bed had no blankets and it was loud, I didn't sleep at all.

Nice staff, bare bones. Rooms we're not ready at 4 pm for check in. Our room smelled strongly of smoke. There is a $5 a day charge to park, which is a little ridiculous given that it's in the suburbs with ample parking and there was no overnight security for the cars.

I didn't realize that Pet Friendly hotel meant that the room would smell like animal urine and oder through the whole room or that the carpet would be obviously laden with the same. I slept with a sheet over my face because the smell was so strong I couldn't even sleep. The room aside from that was still dirty and I refused to walk in the room with no shoes on. Also, I found a creature crawling around through my clothes in one of the drawers. I wasn't sure if it was a roach or silverfish. iI looked like a cross-between both. I immediately took them out and gave them a good shake and back into the suitcase they went. So disappointed

This place allows pets. Our room smelled like a vet office. The hallways smelled the same.And we love dogs. Just get some air freshener if the smell is too overwhelming. Clean room though. Front desk employees were very nice.

Bathtub plug didn't work. Then water came down from upper floor, dripping around top of the bathroom door frame. The clock was never set to right time. The toilet seat was so loose it slipped around. The first 2 items were fixed by staff when I asked. Didn't ask on the others because i was tired of interrupting my stay to get things fixed. Bed was wonderfully soft and comfy, and layout of the room and of the building was good. Once staff showed me how to use the weird online system to pay for laundry, the laundry room worked excellently and having a good laundry room is a real draw to come back. It was also great to have a fridge and microwave. Good value for money.

The suite was great. The living area was a little dark since one of the two lights was out. But otherwise everything was wonderful! We discovered some great restaurants within 5 minutes.

The lobby area is very small. No seating, no breakfast, but the rooms are spacious and comfortable. They provide enough outdoor seating and ashtrays but nobody seemed to have used the ashtrays. Cigarette butts on the ground right next to a perfectly good trash can and ashtray. The grounds could use some maintenance. Otherwise, even with some obviously long-term guests, the place was convenient and comfortable for our trip to Red Rocks.
