Plug on lamp cut off, black stain on wall above outlet, shower handle visibly dirty. Smelled weird.

The substandard breakfast …offered only one packet of instant oatmeal (Quaker Oats brand) and that’s it! I told the person at the check in counter about this and another person (who had just moments before dropped off the coffee creamers) overheard me and said…”well that’s all we have”. I couldn’t believe this complacent attitude when there is a supermarket down the street where he could’ve went to buy some oatmeal. What lousy service! The only options for breakfast were snack bars…mostly sugary and small muffins, again mostly sugary. And the coffee, and no place to throw away the stirrer, empty sweetener packets. Such bad service. This is my second time in an Extended Stay America and it will be my last! They are pet friendly and I was given a room that smelled like only dogs had lived in it. I had to ask for another room. The people providing services in this country are LOST!

Stayed for just one night. Hotel is really designed for long term stay. not overnight stays. No restaurant or bar, no gym and no amenities in room (coffee maker etc)

Booked my hotel room at 12 PM. Just to be called at 10:30 at night to say there was no room available. So after my concert in boston, we had to find last minute accommodations. I was told that they tried to give me a courtesy call, but they waited until 10:30 at night to call me. Very unprofessional

Property is in need of major renovations and thorough cleaning. Hall carpet was dirty walking to room. Kitchen was beat up and dirty. Refrigerator has large stain/dirt on outside, and inside was also dirty. Counter has several large cracks.

We stayed for a hockey tournament.
Pros-super close to the rink.
Cons-This place is hanging on by a thread. It appeared as if the hallway carpets and alternative entry/exits hadn't been cleaned in months. Cobwebs with bugs, dirt and grime all over. I would have left but all other places were booked.
-Shower would kick in and out-sometimes a drizzle, and was ice cold.
-Refrigerator didn't work. Room temperature and freezer was not working properly, either.
-Super old, outdated kitchen. Everything looks like it's been WELL used. Probably about 20 years overdue for an update on this place.
If you're in a serious bind, it works. There's a bed. But I would look elsewhere if at all possible.

Other then my error in not knowing that the the temperature was set to 62 degrees in the room as I realized at 3 AM that I was freezing so I turned the temperature up and the marginal breakfast. It was good !

Needs updating, tiles peeling up in the room, breakfast consisted of nutrigrain bars and muffins, if there were any there. Don't rely on this for any real sustinance. Employees were helpful when something was requested. Overall ok for the rate.

I had friends coming into town for my dad’s celebration of life. I wanted to help them with their travels and get a local hotel room. We checked in late only to find people (on drugs perhaps) yelling in lobby, the room was so filthy I thought it wasn’t fully cleaned, and people loitering everywhere that we felt unsafe. There was nobody at the front desk so we just walked right out. I plan to call them for a reimbursement since we didn’t stay.
The room btw had caked on food in the fridge, something resembling poop smeared in the wall, and dead bugs in a few corners.
I knew it wasn’t going to be a fancy place, but I drew the line at it being unsafe and very uncleanly.

First, this is not a $179/night room the most I would pay is $59/night. Room had kitchenette but with nothing included to heat food or eat on. No microwave, no kettle. This was a bare minimum room with a high cost. Checked-in Thursday July 25th, room key did not work the whole four days we stayed. Staff tried to program it at least four times to no avail. Their solution was to have front desk escort us to our room and open the door for us. Room was not cleaned once in the four days. Manager Ryan was suppose to call me to explain why we couldn't be moved to a room with a working key, still no call. Staff very apologetic but also very annoyed that this was not resolved or any compensation was given for the inconvenience. THIS IS A HOTEL CHAIN THAT I WILL NEVER STAY AT, WILL NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL SPREAD THE WORD TO FRIENDS TO NEVER STAY THERE.

Stay away from this hotel. This place is filthy, worn down and smells like weed and cigarettes. There were bags of garbage sitting in the hallway the entire 3 days I was there. The people who frequent this hotel are sketchy at best. There was gum covering my peephole. I will say, the actual room wasn’t as dirty as I would have expected it to be, but the smell was overwhelming. The continental breakfast was a joke. Coffee was spilled everywhere and there were 3 cereal bars in a basket. In the future, I will avoid hotels that have a reserved parking spot for the police.

Night staff didn't check me out after I handed over keys to room early and was charged late fee when i checked out 2days early. Also was charged for days

The room smelled of Indian food spice and the smell would not go away. There was noise all night with loud tenants and police activity. Some bug noise outside the window was relentless. Cicadas? There was even a parking spot dedicated for police. The fixtures were rundown and rusty. TV didn’t work right. Wifi was okay.

The room was not what was expected for a room that cost $250. The floors in the room were dirty. The bathroom was very bad…bathtub floor was dirty and the tub surround was rusted and VERY old in need of replacing. The water machine was broken. The ice machine didn’t work. We would not stay there again.

BED BUGS! Checked in and after a couple hours discovered bed bugs crawling on the pillows. We immediately left. The management did give us a full refund which I appreciate but even though we never slept there I am covered in itchy bites.

When we arrived they could not give us the rooms we asked for. The hotel was “pet friendly “ and you could tell because it smelled like a wet dog. Also, only one elevator was working. The water machine was not working. They changed the locks on our room while we were gone and when I returned at 9:00 pm I had to wait until 10:15 to get my new keys because the only person working was at lunch. (BTW, I think it is insanely unsafe in today’s world to have only ONE person on staff in a hotel!)
Is there any action that can be taken to get a partial refund? I would not use this chain again

Disappointed with this property. Breakfast was terrible. Oatmeal and pastries all that was available. "Hot" water was Luke warm no oatmeal never cooked. No utensils at the breakfast bar and front manager couldn't find any. My kitchenette had no silverware, glasses...nothing. TV didn't work...found out next morning wasn't even plugged in. I travel this area a lot but will look elsewhere next time!

The reservation 2 Queen bed (confirmed 3 months ago) was not respected, Our room had only 1 bed. They move us on a room with King Bed + Sofa bed (a room temporary not in service), Sofa bed is not a bed for 3 nights stay.

The staff was barely there. We were locked out of our room multiple times because the door lock was jammed. The room was nothing like the photos. It was very run down. When I asked for a coffee maker (why do I have to ask for this? Isn't that a basic hotel amenity?) it was brought to me dirty and I had to get a new one. No hair dryer in the room. It smelled like cheap convienient store doughnuts the entire time. The ceiling in the hallway was torn out and looked like a scene from a horror movie. Overall it was very run down and dingy. After renting this hotel, my boyfriend told me that I was on a 90 day probation for picking hotels... because this one sucked so bad!

Service was somewhat ok. I booked the room for 3 nights and left after only 2 nights. Therre was what appaired to be coke Cain residue on the floors and counter tops. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Animal feces in the floor in the hallway for 2 days. Thats when I had enough and decided to go to another hotel for the last night of my visit. Costing me much more than anticipated.

Dark, dingy hallway. Room next to the trash room. Paid for “Deluxe King Suite” but stayed in a ground floor 2 Queen. Dangerous neighborhood. Front desk called to say they are overbooked and although I prepaid months ahead, I was stuck in the trash corner.

The front desk staff was accommidating with fixing things that they could. The bed and pillows were awful. Only stayed 1 night of 7 and moved out. Curtis was very helpful and friendly.

My initial contact with Curtis the desk attendant left me uneasy. I do not drive due to an advanced visual impairment. I shared that and kindly and I believe, politely asked for a room that I did not have to drive around to. He looked up at me and gave me a strange look. When I said "what was the look for" he began to ask me repeatedly "are you okay?"
"Are you sure you're okay?". I found this to be very rude, confrontational and uncalled for.
Aside from that the desk staff are all very pleasant, professional and helpful. My room was very clear and comfortable. The hotel was quiet, well maintained and the gran n go breakfast was a bonus. The coffee is actually quite good. I would stay here again.

There's a faint wet dog smell in the halls because they allow pets. It's very easy to get on and off the highway, and it is close to a lot of fast food places and a grocery store.
