Convenient to the airport, but condition was lacking. The outside door by my room does not close, so anyone can enter without a key. Bathroom tub was rusty and just didn’t feel clean. I found out the day of arrival that the elevators were not working.

Good hotel at AUS but 2 issues. 1) Elevator was broken and no effort made to fix or accommodate guests. 2) shower head only had one setting which was "needles". So hard, couldn't use shower Shower head should allow multiple settings.

We noticed that the room initially smelt musty and damp but didn’t realize until later when our bags were soaking wet that the shower was leaking into room so the carpet was soaking wet. This was definitely not a new problem either, the wall had mold, the wall molding was peeling off and the carpet looked rotten.

While the hotel room was clean and the staff was very friendly, the path needed to get to the 5th floor was a little ridiculous as one the elevators was out of order so we could only go to the 3rd floor with the working one then had to traverse 2 flights of stairs and walk all the way to the other side of the hotel. Other than that things were fine for our stay.

Arrived and was told the elevator is down. Needed to carry my bags up to the 4th floor. Not what I wanted to do after an 8hour flight Could have stayed in a walk up

No one was at the front for almost 30 minutes to check in and then on my way to my room I got trapped in the elevator, with no one answering the emergency phone or when I called the front desk and when I finally got to my room the AC was blowing hot air.

Close to airport. Front desk lady was great.
The hotel was dirty, room had strange bathroom doors that didn't close, faucet was not attached to the counter top, shower was gross and leaked alot. I would not stay here again.

Our room smelt like a wet dog. Our floor was soaking wet. Went down to the lobby to get a blank was greated with a blank stare and then told if they could find one they would bring it. The nice lady who checked us in delivered a blanket later. When she arrived i told her about the smell and wet floors she changed our rooms. She promptly changed our room, that one smelt like moldy also. Check out was easy. Beds were comfy. Our complimentary shampoos were used and barely had anything in them. Overall... not a recommeded hotel.

We had reserved 2 rooms. First room had no Air conditioning. They told us there were no other rooms available. That they were totally booked. The elevator to our tower was broken. We were on the 5th floor. One of our party was physically challenged. They refused to offer a different room for him. After they inspected the non-working a/c room. They amazingly found us a different room. This room had working A/c but the condensation drain for the air conditioning unit was leaking on the carpet soaking the floor on the outside of one bed. We were exhausted by this point., We stayed our three night but will not return and will not recommend. I have stayed at many La Quinta Inns. This was very disappointing. I am glad it was just two men and not my family. They did get the elevator fixed the next day.

The airport shuttle stops at 11 pm our flight came in at 11:30 pm so I had to pay for a uber. The bathroom had black mold all over the bathtub, toilet seat and door handles broken

We arrived late from the airport and chose this hotel to sleep a few hours, but we could hear all the cars passing by. The hotel is very old and smells musty. I wouldn't recommend it to families.

I thought the elevator could be a little cleaner. It was a little uncomfortable due to the amount of illegal aliens staying there.

It was a place to sleep and shower. The building needs basic maintenance performed. Our carpet was wet, probably from the air conditioner, the drain plug needed to be replaced. The door locked but didn’t completely seal.

Cane in at 4:30. The young lady at the front desk was so sweet, nice, professional and I just knew my stay was going to be great. Everything was perfect. Can’t say much of the breakfast cause we’re not going for breakfast. Sleeping in. 10000% recommend

The hotel was very comfortable, the room had more than enough space for myself. The ice machine worked. The shower was steaming hot, just how I like it. The coffee tasted good. Check-out was simple and they even have a shuttle bus to take you to the airport. Thank you for having me!

This is worst hotel I have ever lodged in. The floors were dirty, moldy bathroom, ceiling. Very unhealthy environment!! I started coughing and feeling sick just being in the room for a few minutes because of mold like smell in the air. It is sad that in 2024 a hotel is exposing people to such. This is the last time I will stay here!

stayed for 5 nights and the room wasn’t serviced one time during the stay.
That’s not a really big deal. The room had a strange smell, and was musty. Room stayed warm even though the AC was maxes out at 60 degrees.
The breakfast was well done and the staff at the front was great.Hotel location was great.
