Super close to Malta 😊nice food to and very clean, defiantly worth visiting

I was not told about the extra parking charges when booking, so found that disappointing and what is worse I found two hair in the bathtub. The issue had been resolved and cleaned but still in the current situation I would expect everything to be sparkling clean. My daughter s towel had dirty marks on it so we decided not to use it. Only stayed there as close to Termy. Breakfast was very good though.

Nice hotel with great service-minded staff. They let us parked by our motorcycles just outside the entrance to make sure of secure and good parking. Thanks very much for the help.

Novotel is located in a good quiet location. Good in summer but far from town and shops.

Hotel was close to a lot of sites. Staff was amazing and we would go back again.

The hotel standard room looked tiried. Stayed in many Novotel hotels in the past round Europe. This one bit dissapointing. Standard room bed matterace squicky when moved or sit on, child's bed not really comfortable either. Would not say we had a great night sleep. Reception welcoming and breakfast was good, glad that the scrambled eggs are made properly not powdered egg. Very good location if you go to Maltanskie Lake Therma and hotel offers a 20 % discount voucher at reception if asked. Booked for the ease to Therma and as stop over when touring Europe. Quite a distance from the Old town though you will need a taxi approx 7 -10min. Old town is beautiful and plenty of restaurants.

The rooms have walls made of paper. Can hear snoring, talking, tv of neighbours etc. Not recommended for business use, or for people who enjoy to sleep. In one night I changed rooms twice at 1am in order to get some peace and quiet. Such a shame, because the food is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very dated.

Not all rooms have air condition and it wasn’t info about. In overal hotel not bad but I will not back again

I booked the hotel as it was available at a reasonable price and was close to the airport. My evening meal in the restaurant was excellent. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the airport which is an added bonus. I would most definitely stay there again.

I marked service low due to having to wait far too long when we arrived to be served at the restaurant. However the breakfasts and breakfast staff were very good. No Aircon in the room.

Breakfast comparatively pricey as not close to other options although fridge in room meant we could buy food in the city and have own in-room breakfast. Nice grounds although should be noted that season for swimming pool is only June to August. However, close to excellent Aquapark which includes several saunas - take a big towell! Also close to lake / artificial ski slope.

We stayed at the Hotel for three nights. The hotel is very clean with friendly staff, it is close to lake Malta and thermal baths which is excellent and well worth a visit. I would stay at this hotel again.

Very convenient and good value

This hotel in wonderfully located near the Malta Lake complex. It is splendid for families planning to enjoy the many amenities of the complex. It is also close to the trolley for easy access to the center of town.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The location is ok, quite close to Poznan centre about 10 minutes on the tram. Its very close to Lake Malta. From the hotel there is a small unkept path out the back across some wasteground. This leads to the new swimming baths Termy which are amazing, could have spent hours in there! There are many pools and slides inside/outside. It's worth remembering all men in Poland wear tight fitting swimshorts not baggy board shorts, they might let you in but you look different to everyone else. From the pool there is a short walk to the lake edge which is long and used for canoe racing. It's a 20 minute walk to the opposite side where there is an "alpine coaster" like a one man bobsleigh run down the hillside, and also a "go-ape" style forest treetop adventure course. There are playgrounds for kids, and café, it is ok to spend a day here in the sun. The hotel itself is standard, with a small pool out the back. The rooms are standard too, clean but nothing very exciting - a fairly cheap place to stay in a great location.

Great location right in the centre of the park by the boating lake.

The hotel looks awesome inside!! It might seem average from outside, but the designer did a great job in the rooms and common areas. Very modern and comfortable, super clean. Very pleasant stay. The location is not quote central, but it's really well connected to the city center thanks to the efficient tram and bus system. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the main square. Taxis are also pretty cheap. Lake Malta offers many attractions too.

A good decent stay typical of what you would expect of a Novotel, except this one has a great location being next to what is claimed to be the largest water park in Poland. A great place for families with so much to do all around lake Malta - from biking to old fashion train ride to the new water park. The foodcourt at the Mall near by has superb views of the lake. So all and all, a very nice stay if you are looking for some place to have fun with your family.

We chose this hotel because we were looking for somewhere quiet yet within easy reach of the centre of Poznan. The room was a good size with a bath tub and a decent shower. Breakfast selection was very limited but you are offered ham/eggs / omellette cooked to order which is very nice. There is a good tram service into town, journey time 15 minutes. We stayed in February so the weather wasn't the best but there is a nice park near the hotel with a big lake you can walk around.

A nice hotel in pleasant surroundings. There could be a few more TV channels in English Internet conection is not possible unless you bring your own computer. I think there should be one installed that anybody can use
