Really liked the kids play area (park) and the pools with splash pad

The property is great for families. It has everything you need to stay with kids including a little activity center. A walk across the street to Legoland if that is a destination. Free and convenient parking. Beautiful views. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Rose checked us in and she was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. One major complaint that would keep us from staying again is that check in is 5 pm and check out is 10 am. Also, they don’t staff enough to have rooms cleaned or freshened up if you need. They actually have notices in the room stating there is not cleaning service on Saturday and Sunday.

Good family hotel and a less expensive option for going to Legoland

This place is awesome. Super huge room. More like an apartment. Very clean. Quiet. Nice pools. We will definitely stay again. Much nicer than we thought.

Our room was very clean and nice. Pool area we went to was nice with fire pits and towels provided.

We chose this hotel because of the close proximity to Legoland which was awesome. Staff was very friendly! Room was not very clean. Floors need some TLC. Carpet was very dusty, hard surface floors also needed some scrubbing. Ended up cleaning the surfaces I was able to with cleaning supplies I bought from a nearby store.

I would give this hotel pretty decent reviews. It’s great for children. It has a family pool, splash pad, playground, small arcade and daily kids activities. I would not have particularly stayed here, had we not been traveling with our young child. The hotel upgraded our room from a two to three bedroom, in a better location. The downside was, the furniture was outdated and definitely needed a deep cleaning. There was a small couch and one arm chair in the living room. Not adequate seating for more than 3 people comfortably. The couch and dining room chairs were heavily stained. The king bed was definitely heavily used. It was pretty lumpy. It is definitely in need of an upgrade. The only other downside was the housekeeping situation. It was only offered on Thursday and Tuesday. Those were our check in and out days. After five days, it would have been nice to have some housekeeping. The hotel was great about sending up toiletries, if needed, but rooms were definitely not stocked for more than a couple days. There should have been extra trash bags, toilet paper, towels etc. It would have been nice to have a small vacuum in room. Other than that, it was a nice property with helpful staff.

This place is amazing. 2 pools to choose from, awesome amenities, family friendly. Other than the early morning construction at the moment, our stay was perfect!

Really nice resort close to Legoland. All the staff was extremely nice as well which was an added bonus!

They cancelled the reservation without notice and did nothing to rectify the situation. We had to be one the phone with Expedia for 2 hours to find a new place to stay. Would not recommend to anyone.

The rooms are very big and fits a a family so comfortably! So close to so many good dining options and the ocean.

It was a great experience. My family and I were very happy with our stay and the many things to do at the resort!

Quiet, clean and very accessible.

Our suite was spacious, but in poor condition. This hotel looks lovely from the photos, but in person it was just okay. We possibly had one of the worst rooms available, right next to the noisy lobby, and the kitchen hadn't been updated like the other rooms. We had to call to get a drawer repaired that wouldn't open, and one of the bathroom doors wouldn't open properly. There was a small arcade for the kids, but the machines were quite dated. Our view from our room was looking right out at the adults' pool, which was noisy at night and not private at all, so we had to keep our blinds closed the whole time. On the plus side, it was an easy walk to Legoland and the BBQs came in handy for grilling a quick dinner. We didn't try the pool because it was a bit too cold during our stay. Not the worst hotel, but for the price we paid, I'd definitely stay somewhere else next time.

We had a great experience staying at the Grand Pacific Palisades Resort. Our room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. It was nice having a full kitchen. We will look to stay here again. We also enjoyed their quiet lap pool.

My all time Favorite resort! The only issue we have is Check-in and Check-out hours!!! Come on… check-in after 5pm and check-out 10am. can’t even enjoy coming for one day.

Definitely family friendly, clean and plenty of pillows. My only complaint is my room wasn’t ready at check-in. Check in is 5pm and room wasn’t ready until almost 5:30pm. Plenty of things to do for the kids, walking distance to LEGOLAND.

Beautiful property, but room was very noisy. Lots of street noise and early morning hotel construction right outside my room door.

I have a three year-old and an 11 year old and they both enjoyed the stay. The arcade, activity room, ping pong table, the pool, and the little kids park, perfect! Definitely coming back.

This is family hotel next to Legoland. The 2-bedroom was larger than expected with a full kitchen. It was perfect for our family with a great pool and activities for the kids. Will come back!!

This was our second time staying at the property so we could visit Legoland. We absolutely loved it both times. The separate bedroom for our kids was great and the kids loved the splash pad and pool. The full kitchen had everything we could possibly need for cooking meals in our room. We loved that the bar lets you take drinks up to the room. We will definitely stay again!

It was out first time staying at a time share type condo. We didn't like that check out was so early (10am) and that there was no premium cable (like at a hotel). I guess we're just hotel people. It was nice having a separate bedroom and the price was good for the amount of space.
