The location was convenient for my trip. It was easy to check in. However, the room smells pretty bad and the towels weren't clean.

We were warned to park in the front under a light. When we checked out there was glass from a vehicle that had been broken into. The front door to the room was not sealed very good. You could see light all around it. The AC unit was loud and made weird noises. Bathroom area sink was cracked and possibly leaking. No towel racks in the bathroom. Just one small one on the back of the door. Ironing board needed a new cover, and Iron wasn't very good, "Had burnt sticky stuff on it. Like someone used it too high and melted their clothes. And leaked water through the filler door. First day breakfast wasn't very maintained. No sausage or eggs left. Waffle mix was thick and wouldn't come out very easily. Second day was better, but a customer spilled the bagels on the floor and he and the attendant just picked them up off of the floor and put them back in the pan instead of throwing them away,

Arrived and pool was green with algae. Complained and 4 days later they cleaned pool. Went to pool and all the furniture was so old you could not sit on it. Unbelievable. My car was stolen out of the lot. My clothes were stolen from the laundry. Noisy drug addicts above us walking back and forth all night. Got no sleep.Terrible coffee and breakfast and nothing for allergies. I stayed for two weeks and they had the same old fruit from the day I got there til the day I left. Hallways smell like dog urine. My air conditioner broke and they sent a maintenance man who said it was because the chair was in front of it. Two nights later 100 degrees outside air conditioner again fails to cool at 2 in the morning and we roasted all night. Owners sat having meetings in the lobby, never even reached out to compensate me for my stolen clothes and terrible experience yet drank coffee and pretended to have important meetings in their lobby discussing what? How to be a worse hotel? I think I saw police come in and out of that building at least four times in the two weeks I was there. Hospitality service has gone to you know what!!

Poorly maintained.

Very comfortable la Quinta and awesome price.

Our stay here was okay but our room had some areas that need repair. Carpet that was pulled up and torn. Room was spacious! There was no way to ventilate room and when we stayed it was very humid and musky inside. Smelled of mold/moisture.

Staff was great.

I believe I had the suite with king size bed. The room was really large in size! I had a king size bed, a sleeper sofa with a coffee table, a writing desk, mini fridge and microwave! Bathroom was a bit small, toilet and shower but the room made up for it!

Parking was easy, front desk was very kind, room was clean, appreciated the Dove toiletries, water was nice and hot, beds were comfy.

The receptionist was rude when I first checked in. Later that night it rained and water was coming into my room from the top of the window. All the front desk told me was they could give me towels, he only gave me one towel and he didn’t even take down my room number or let the next person know what was going on. Pool was full of bugs, but other than that. My stay was decent. I think I should he accommodated but I doubt that that is gonna happen.

One night stay - hotel was good.

I had to keep goin to the front desk about my KEY no working. A couple of times while I was there….. room # 402.

The property is old. My room floor was dirty. Toilet paper or tissue was stuffed in the corner trim of bathroom door to fill in a crack. The coffee was luke warm most of the time. And the work out room was hot and stuffy without any fans or air circulation. The staff was always very friendly and the breakfast was decent!

The sink was clogged

I woke up with insect bites that were fresh. I felt like i was speaking to my 17 year old child when interacting with the lady at the counter, whom could not have cared less if i existed. Air conditioning is SUPER loud.

Good customer service my entire stay.

Not one of the newer hotels. But affordable and convenient. But was told by one of the staff when asked if our vehicles are safe here…they replied “no”.

The most up to date area is the lobby. The outside of the hotel needs work. It looked sketchy upon my arrival. Men with coolers were sitting outside by a gate. The parking lot was trashy. The interior of the hotel needs improvement from the elevators to the hallways to the rooms. The setup of having the bathroom sink outside of the bathroom is weird but the mirror and sink were nice. Bathroom is small with just the toilet and outdated shower. The toilet was filthy inside. I requested someone come clean it & they offered to move me to another room that was worse— the smell was horrible. I chose to stay in my room as I had already begun sanitizing it. The bed was comfortable and TV was nice. Air unit worker well. Not worth the price. Would not recommend.

The stay was a b+...considering the price. The elevator was scarey but the rooms were spacious. The pull out bed was a F+ but the kind bed was nice & clean...

Shower would not drain. Had to keep door to bathroom closed because of drain stench..... Room needs bleach to be poured in drains

Good & safe location in a cute town. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast. They only clean your room & provide fresh towels every 3 days.

It was a good experience overall. Loved the breakfast and coffee. On the bad side our room had a pee odor the whole stay. And the receptionist was in a bad mood when first arriving. Other than that we will be coming back.
