Front desk personnel both in the evening and morning were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Convenient location right off the highway but close to restaurants and shopping

Room fine but housekeeping was terrible 6 days there made bed 1 time ran out of tp twice emptied trash every other day maybe told front desk and the said they would take care of it and never did

Made the reservation through Expedia, and when we arrived at the hotel they tried to bill us for the room again. Front desk staff said they did not receive payment from Expedia. Expedia had to call the hotel which took about 30 minutes to sort out

Bedding had hair all over it, carpet smells and lamp had mold growing on the inside of the lamp shade. The only nice thing about this property is how nice the front desk is and professional.

We never got to stay at the hotel. My son was hit by a car and was in need to assistance and care 24 hrs at home. We asked the hotel to cancel our reservation and waive any fees, and they never even responded to our email request. No need to say that we will never stay at a Hampton Inn or any hotels of Hilton chain.

buffet breakfast is very limited. Also someone should pay attention to people who take to their rooms breakfast for 6 or 8 people every day. Like they are feeding a huge family. That fact, makes that the prices of staying are more expensive because of the result of people feeding people maybe outside the hootel.

The place was decent for a one night stay. Cleanliness was lacking with visible dust in several areas inside the room. The floor was also dirty, giving the impression that the place was under renovation. Customer service was excellent with the front desk very responsive to all requests. The lady who made breakfast was really awesome also.

The toilets are very low in Rooms and they don’t have Microwaves in Rooms anymore! very disappointed of that! Otherwise rooms was very clean and air conditioned very cold! I will be back Soon and hope they get Microwaves back into there rooms it’s very bad you have to go downstairs to heat food up and by the time you get back upstairs it’s done got Cold for waiting on elevator

Given a handicap room one restroom in the room broken when/before checked in no onsite maintenance. Did not repair until the next day.

Front desk was very friendly. Room was great, clean, bed was good. Not the most comfortable but definitely ok. The shower had good pressure and it was clean. They were out of conditioner but that was the only thing missing. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Overall great stay for the value. Very pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay again.

The toilet in our room would not fill with water. Reported it first thing Saturday morning and when we returned after 10 that night it had not been fixed. Was told they couldn’t do anything about it. I ended up taking care of it myself

Would stay here again in a heart beat. Staff are very pleasant and accommodating. They go the extra mile to make sure you feel welcome and valued. The entire hotel is kept spotless. The complementary breakfast is quite good.

You can hear 95 at night. AC was not working properly and made noise.

The bed was very firm, and it was hard to get comfortable night's sleep. Generally, Hamton has a nicer bed than a cheaper hotel and is why I selected it. I will not stay here again due to that. I mean you need a good night's sleep when staying in a hotel. Maybe it's fin for people who like a really firm mattress. Staff was nice and it seemed clean in and around the hotel. I didn't eat the breakfast so I can't speak to that.

Every year we come to ormond beach for a conference and try to stay here every time. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast in the morning was delicious. They make it so easy to get checked in and out too. Definitely recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back!
