The hotel is beautiful. It’s a little old. But it was great. Our room was great. It had a huge jacuzzi tub that we really enjoyed.

Our initial room faced a busy street and was quite noisy. We requested a quieter room, and the second one was perfect. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

I felt safe and most of the staff was great. I enjoyed mybtime there until I saw my credit card bill. Be careful with your final bill or adding bar tab and room service to your room bill. When I closed my account, I was given one final charge for all the services we received. When I reviewed my credit card, I was charged additional charges that I was never informed off. After discussing with Expedia and through the hotel, i was informed that there were additional breakfast and dinner charges added after I left the hotel. Ohh.. breakfast isnt completely free. You could probably find a better breakfast and dinner outside of the hotel.

A very bad experience. The hotel is outdated in many ways, dirty carpet, outdated elevator. Front desk staff not helpful. Karla is very rude and unhelpful. She should be fired. The worst experience. Stay away from this horrible place.

The legality of a hotel operator asking to hold a guest's passport is absurd. It is illegal for hotels to hold onto guests' passports for any reason. In many countries, hotels are required to verify the identity of their guests for security reasons. They may ask to see your passport to record your information.

The personnel in the hotel where unprofessional and disrespectful to myself and my family. They would not let my family that where visiting come up to the room because it's against their policy. When I asked to show me they could not provide it. No communication skills. Between the receptionist and the other employees where consistently whispering about my luggages and wanted to take the luggage later after I settled in. It all look suspicious to me, horrible experience will not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was nasty and a few selections. Normal I don't write reviews but I had to let everyone know on how this operates. I had no choice to stay here because I had a late arrival at the airport. Be aware. Not he fooled for the name.

Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Nancy. Fumes from the construction in the next room affected our room, they were quick to make a room change. I appreciate the responsiveness in finding a solution quickly. The onsite driver to help with transportation was a big plus, made it very convenient for places further away. Would stay there again.

Enjoyed my stay at the Crowne Plaza. Staff were excellent, friendly and very accommodating. The front desk, concierge and staff in restaurant made this an enjoyable experience along with all Lima had to offer.

Transportation provided at the hotel prey on guest. They charged more than double the amount of local taxi. the doors to the rooms were old they had to be slammed to close from the outside which is annoying at night as other go about their business. Bathroom fittings were loose
