We came to town mainly for a weddings and this hotel was great. Its cheap and clean. The staff was friendly and they have a decent little pet area. Overall would definitely recommend and will stay here in the future.

Checked in late after a long trip for a one night stay. Upon entering the room it felt damp as well as the bedding with an odor, nevertheless, we were tired. Attempted to take a shower, water everywhere… so much water the bathroom floor was covered and had to use towels to soak up the water.. my feeling about this is was that if the shower was cleaned after the last occupancy a maintenance ticket should have been submitted bc the shower was broken! For them not to notice that the shower was broken states it wasn’t cleaned either.. very disappointing… will definitely think twice about staying at another Red Roof

Our first room smelled like mold and mildew terrible. There were live, living and crawling slugs on the ceiling. They moved us to a new room and the humidity was so high in that room that all of the bedding felt like it had just come out of the washing machine and had never been dried. It was wet. Our stuff was already feeling damp an hour into being in that room. They said it was just the nature of the area and their rooms do always hold high humidity levels and handed me new sheets to put on the bed. I was then informed that they could not accommodate us beyond that because they don’t have an elevator and my husband is in a wheelchair. When I asked for a refund they said I had to wait too talk to a manager in the morning. When the front desk was just talking to the manager about the stay. Needless to say we just left hoping that Expedia/Hotels.com makes tbis right.

The place was amazing. It far exceeded my expectations. Very clean and bed was great.

There is NO elevator and no staff to help us older folks with our luggage. No notification at all about NO elevator and at ten at night NO choice. Our room still had trash in the containers from previous occupants. I accidently had a small spill and upon cleaning the spill realized that the floors (very dark in color) had not been mopped in many, many days as the towel proved this evidence. The bed was very comfortable though! We seldom travel to this area and needless to say we will NOT stay here again.

Room was clean and quiet. Very little noise from the hallway. We didn't hear any noise or conversation from the room above.

Smelled of damp/mildew in our room to the extent that we had to leave a day early. Was not able to be refunded as I booked through Expedia. I was up sick and coughing from the mildew all night.

Everything and all the staff were great. Very friendly and helpful, as a single women traveler they did everything to make me feel safe n comfortable.Would recommend them to anyone.Have nothing negative to say!!

Clean room, plenty of towels

Run down. Beds are way too soft. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Hairs all over the place. The front lobby stinks. Breakfast is only continental. Our room’s floor was slanted.

Where to start- first problem was I ask for a fork durning dinner time and I was told they can’t get into the breakfast room to get us a fork. Second was the parking lot in the front loud music playing out of a car, I called the front desk twice about the loud music and finally. Third is the breakfast was a cold breakfast and very little selection.

Staff was friendly but room could have been a little cleaner. Hair was in the room in a couple of places and floor needed to be mopped. Was only here for one night and it was a good rate but could of been cleaned better. Breakfast was also below average with not many options outside of cereal.

Manager was very rude and refused to return deposit to my family member. I was staying there and recommended the hotel which I now regret it Will never stay there again or recommend it

Hotel is nice but they allowed a dog to yap all night. Got very little sleep. Waste of money staying here. Not real clean either.

We didn't utilize facilities, except to sleep and eat breakfast. We didn't use the shower or any amenities, so can't review or speak on that. The people working there are so kind, from front desk to housekeeping. Breakfast was easy foods like cereal, oatmeal, waffles you can put in the toaster, breads. Nothing fancy but was perfect for us and our kiddos. Beds were cozy and the room was very clean.

I received excellent service at check in. Room was great and comfortable. Would stay here again.
