The area outside of sliding glass doors meed raked & watered. Bathroom was small & fan didn't work. Was a clean room & the staff was great! Good food in the lounge.

Room was good size, lights didn’t come on with switch, bathroom door handle was off. Bed was comfortable, it was quiet. Restaurant was nice, good food.

Air conditioning didn’t work good. It smelt musty in the room, and we found bed bugs 😳

We have stayed here several times because of the pool for the kids. The rooms are never great and always kinda dirty, but this trip was exceptionally bad. We found bed bugs, which they so kindly moved us to another room…the maintenance man even helped carry our things. I was disappointed that the manager never reached out though and check on us or offer to try to make things better/right. Instead, we moved rooms and still slept zero, we all left with some bed bug bites and dealing with the aftermath to make sure we did not bring them home in our luggage. It’s been a real “fun” experience to clean our car and all of our luggage to ensure we don’t bring them home. I know these critters can be found anywhere, but I would have expected the situation to be handled and taken care of quite a bit differently.

Jessica at the front desk is very rude and unhelpful. Left dirty towels out and was never restocked. Asked front desk for towels three times and was told it was not her problem that’s housekeeping however housekeeping was not available until after 9:30am.

Bare minimum was done when cleaning the room. Bedding was dirty(soil stains) under bathroom vanity was dusty and had garbage under it.

It was so relaxing to stay in a clean and quiet place. I highly recommend Best Western Ramkota.

Good location for sturgis rally, right next to 90 and all the good rides and decent parking for bikes and trailer plus bike washing stations which is nice. A gas station right across the street and plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. Good bar with a good bartender and service and a restaurant on site. Definitely would recommend for the Sturgis rally stay

We checked in at 10 pm and bar and restaurant were already closed. Was hoping to at least get an appetizer along with a night cap!

The property itself was dirty with trash and cigarette bitts everywhere. The room was decent but there are spider webs in the bathroom on the lights, it looks like black mold in the shower and the shower water did not drain. The hallways need to be cleaned, trash on floors. The vending machine in section F, the chocolate is melting, it needs to be in a cooler spot but the water was good and cold. My bedding was clean and had good smell and the bathroom towels were clean. The room needs to be vacuumed. Overall it was ok, but the cost for the stay was outrageous

Thiught i grabbed a 2 queen, but this was a king setup. Ground floor, with sliding exit glass door. Locking latch mount was coming loose from wall. Walk-in shower had tile floor with lots of grab safety bars. I found the entry door latch a bit difficult to open; strange as this was handicap accessible room. Front desk coffee was terrible. We bought breakfast at onsite restaurant and it was excellent.

Stayed 3 days and never seen housekeeping had to call for towels and I asked for housekeeping 2 times and never got cleaned when we would get back in the afternoon it was never cleaned. Trash was in room from day 1. Will not stay again.

Overall it was a great stay. Just wished there were enough towels and wash cloths so I didn’t have to call and get them. The pool railing needs fixed going up to the tube slides.

To begin I am unhappy with Expedia! The only way I could book a room was to use my credit card even though it said you could book now pay later. I wound up with an accessible room that I did not ask for and could not change. When I got to the hotel the front desk person told me there was NOTHING she could do because I booked through Expedia. I not only wound up with an accessible room but right next to the interstate. Someone (I assume housekeeping) came in with fresh towels (didn't ask them to) but never cleaned the room (bed not made, garbage in bathroom emptied but not in bedroom, sink etc not cleaned) Not only would I not stay here again I sincerely doubt I will book through Expedia again!

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom door needs to be replaced. Houskeeping provided clean towels and took out the trash but did not make the beds. The floors in all the hallways in every building needed to be vacuumed. The doors to the kids pool were stuck. The hot tub and the adult pool were filthy. The hotel needs renovations.
