Oh it was really quite nice overall. Very nice and quiet which I really appreciate when I finally can get away~Maintenance was needed for mold ( real unhealthy)around tub caulking which if not mostly covered by caulking I would have asked for another room. And air duct filters were very dirty but I just rinsed it off and air dried and put back. Slow drain in sink..drippy tub faucet. But I really did enjoy my stay other then that.

Felt like it needed some updates. Overall it was fine just those little details like a crusty ceiling and patched up bathroom door that made it feel dingy

Not all tv channels received. Noisy people in hallway at 10:00. Mgmt took care of that promptly.

Walls were so thin we could hear the room next to us zip up their luggage.

The hotel is severely outdated. Mold in shower, room felt damp and the elevator smelled like urine. Entire feel of the room and hotel was unclean. Would not stay here again.

We stayed in a suite room and wasn't great. There were two AC units in the room and we found the one must have been dripping because the carpet was wet. The bathroom was in horrible shape. The toilet seat was so loose you almost fell off when sitting on it. The tub drain was in 3 pieces next to the tub. The shower looked to be caulked by a 10 year old. It looked like they were trying over cover up an issue with the shower with caulk and it looks like there was mold. They used a like colored caulk to fill in for a missing tiles. I wished I had flip flops to shower because who knows what I was standing in when I showered. For the sink drain after the trap they used a flexible pipe that was angled up so not sure how the water drained? I told the lady at the front desk when we checked out and she just smiled and didn't write anything down so guessing it wasn't getting fixed. We didn't ask for another room because they were sold out and we were exhausted. Would not recommend this hotel!

The hotel, staff and continetal breakfast was great. Pool was nice however websire mentioned hot tub but it is no longer there.

Was a great place to stay! Check in was easy and front desk staff was wonderful! Not sure why reviews say it was dirty because during our stay everything was very clean and tidy!

BED BUGS!! They were crawling and jumping everywhere didn’t even have to move the sheets because the bed bugs were on top of the pillowcases!!

When we checked in on Thursday, there was a problem with the toilet in our room. The regular repairman was not available due to having had knee surgery. The desk clerk tried to fix the toilet, but found out it needed a new "flapper" so he had to order one. They did give us another room and all was well after that small problem. The staff was very friendly. We'll stay here the next time in Fargo.

Room was musty. Woke up in the morning to wet carpet as AC was leaking water ... ? Uncomfortable room at best.

Overall cleanliness of the property was well below average. The room was missing bed linens when we arrived, assistance could not be found with calling the front desk or texting for assistance (as the automated message indicated we should do). Front desk staff was helpful when I went to seek linen myself at night but the day staff seemed inconvenienced I even approached to ask a question. The room was advertised for 5 occupants, we had 4 yet only towels for 3. The breakfast offerings were quite possibly the worst hot breakfast I’ve had in a hotel.

The staff was amazing especially the night lady when we checked in at 630. She was very busy but always had a smile on her face. We were sad to see the hot tub closed after seeing one in the pictures on expedia which is one of the reasons we booked there
