The rooms are very comfortable quiet clean. The food at the bar was great.customer service was excellent.

I loved walking into the room and immediately hit with that clean, fresh odor that is always consistent at this Hotel, my favorite spot when visiting Atlanta.

Staff was rude no one to help

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when needed. The lobby is very nice, but it is NOT representative of what the rooms are like. When entering the hallway to get to my room, baseboard covers of the walls were laying in the hallway floor. This had the potential to pose as a tripping hazard for guests. When entering the room, I immediately knew that there was only renovation allotted for the lobby as the rooms were dark with a yellow and brown hue for the paint, walls, ceilings, and sink. It looks quite dingy at first glance. In the bathroom, they have provided guests with soap, shampoo and conditioners, however there is black mold growing behind the bottles, indicating that the cleaning is subpar and lacks attention to detail. My air conditioning in the room was broken so I had to open a window to sleep at a comfortable temperature. One of which almost took my finger off because the inner spring was broken and can’t stay up on its own. The restaurant attached to the hotel is below average and I do not recommend it. They lack the ability to mix basic cocktails and the food is horrible. You have to ask for wifi information or else it isn’t provided. All in all I would most likely never stay at another Sonesta but shout out to the staff for working with what they have. Again, they were extremely pleasant.

Place was isolated without having vehicle to get around. Restaurant appears outdated but service person was nice in fixing the tv in our room. Service person was very diligent in successfully resolving this issue. The restaurant/bar didn’t carry many brands and was over priced. Also the dinner menu wasn’t tasty but will state breakfast was good. Service was okay.

The common areas of hotel look nice, step in elevator and it all changes. They charge $22 a night to park. Globalairportparking.com charged $6.99 Grinch's sister works front desk. Bed was comfortable, but furniture worn and showing worn discoloration. Shower no soap, no fan, hard to find light. My booking came with continental breakfast, but was charged for selection. There was a great DJ at night, but food was not good and expensive. Only benefit was close to airport.

Bed bugs in first room moved to another room ac didn’t work and shower drain stopped up

The main walkway was closed off I had to walk 3 flights of steps to get to the second floor to walk all the way around from one end to the other side just to get on the elevator to be able to go to the floor I was staying on. The pool was closed due to maintenance during some of my stay and this is becoming a recurring issue with this hotel. The previous week the pool was also closed and the breakfast that was supposed to be ready by 6 am was still not ready at 8:30. This hotel is nice but frustrating.
