Could hear tv from other room at 1am

The location is good. The on-site restaurant is really good and open until midnight.

The staff were lazy and didn’t want to work. Unresponsive. The rooms were barebones. Very expensive for what is offered.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were comfortable. Beds/pillows/bedding were very nice. The staff is so kind and helpful. Accessing the hotel within a few feet of the airport train was wonderfully convenient.

There were a couple of spots in my room that could have been cleaner. Trim around the door looked like it has been sprayed with coffee or soda, etc. The breakfast options were pretty gross. It's in a little room labeled as a Starbucks but it was badly done hotel food. Also unable to access the pantry/shop area after hours so no way to buy a water or late snack.

The room was so cold! The bed was comfortable! It is also extremely convenient to the SkyTrain at the airport. We didn't check out the other amenities, but the hotel is huge, the elevators run well, and the building is well cared for.

The restaurant food is subpar for what you pay. I also believe they should provide a parking voucher for guests who stay less than an hour.

The room amenities, covered parking, and the free products (Excedrin) at 4:53 am. Dinner at the Champions Bar.

That I didn't get to stay longer . . . I had to move on, unfortunately.

Location! Location! Location! The hotel was excellent proximity to the convention center and easy access to the airpot.

The room was not clean to Marriot standard when reported to Marriott staff the hotel front desk was understanding, when the housekeeping manager arrived she stated, " this is our concierge key floor, I am not accusing you of the planting the items here but this just doesn't happen." I was flabbergasted at the level of unprofessional conduct from the employee and how distrustful she was of a guest who clearly had evidence of the concerns brought to her attention that is why she was called, there was no follow up regarding her "investigation" prior to my check-out.

the hallways had alot of trash outside the rooms that no one had picked up. Also had a musty smell in the hallways and in the room so it wasn't as fresh.

Restaurant on premises made it very nice not to have to leave hotel! Starbucks in the morning was a plus!

Just no sign for ice machine! Just got extra steps in !

I chose this hotel specifically because it was supposed to have a pool, however, the pool was not available to use when we actually stayed there. This property is located right next to the Sky train, so our room felt a little bit like a fish tank - we were both looking right into the building’s parking lot and the sky train. The day curtains that were there are super thin and don’t really provide any privacy. There’s nothing really to do around this property, so unless you really have to stay here because you have a canceled flight, I would not recommend this hotel.
