Parking was inadequate for the size of the hotel, spaces very narrow. I would say that was the only drawback to the facility.

Great location in Keystone. Walk around the corner to all the action and shops yet quiet in the evening. Will definitely stay there again.

We made a quick stop here on our way home from a trip. Very close to Mt. Rushmore which is nice. Dining options in the area are limited. Room was very clean and bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower was terrible, very hot water and a very fine mist of water. he The convenience and cleanliness keeps this on our list of places we would stay again.

The lobby was like staying at cabelas😊. Very rustic fun place, and the kids enjoyed the pool on those 90 degree days. The breakfast buffet was very nice, filled the kids before we left for attractions!!

The room was fine and the bed was comfortable. We experienced consistently cold coffee or no coffee in the containers at all. The breakfast was minimal at best and frightening on our last day. We opened the container to get eggs and found that one of the eggs had a big bite taken out of it and then was put back in the container contaminating the entire container. We couldn't find a person in the breakfast room so we told the gentleman behind the front desk. He didn't care and told us to find a worker dealing with the breakfast. Since the staff was inattentive and didn't seem to care, we left and had breakfast elsewhere. The room was way overpriced for what was offered and we will never stay there again.

Because I couldn’t change my existing reservation to add a day without losing money, I created a second reservation for the additional day. When I requested the same room for both days at the front desk, I was told it was too difficult because I used a 3rd party to book the reservations. The woman at the front desk in the morning helped me to stay in the same room.

Lovely decor- clean, spacious rooms. Awesome breakfast - close to many dining options - and close to Rushmore. Only draw back - could hear everyone running around the morning ugh.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we our stay was seamless. Fabulous location--easy to walk to dining options and shopping. So close to Mt. Rushmore and not far from the Crazy Horse memorial either! If we're back in the Black Hills, we will stay here.

It was an okay hotel. Definitely not worth the price as it was very basic. Strange smell in the lobby that was probably caused by the pool and poor ventilation. Breakfast was nice. Bed was comfortable, the shower not so much. The hole in the wall behind the shower head was disconcerting. Limited parking.

Nice hotel, bathroom felt small. It’s 3 miles away from Mount Rushmore. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Definitely recommend staying there. The free breakfast was good. Our room was right next to elevator, we actually didn’t hear it. You could hear some foot steps through the hall. Overall it was really nice.

Parking space , elevator slow, coffee was always cold, reserved 2 rooms and they were on different floors, and I had called months before to confirm they would be close to each other. Rolling carts where ready to fall apart

Nice hotel, great location, walkable to Keystone shops and restaurants. Close to Mt Rushmore and overall close to hiking. Room was good - only complaint is that the AC is very weak - had to have windows open and it was in the low 70s and 50s at night…not sure how this hotel till address the AC issue.
