Portsl for booking did not push thru from company and difficulty at desk getting checked in. Ended up having to use my persoanl credit card to pay for the room as they would jot process the card on file from the company without the holder of the card physically being there. PRETTY SURE THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY ISN'T FLYING OUT FROM PETERBOROUGH TO CHECK ME IN. I have been told by manager that this hotel has been removed from our booking list.

Extremely cold rooms. Can't charge to your room from the restaurant. Not much around in terms of restaurants or convenience stores. They will charge you for water. Using the app, made it very difficult to pay. Breakfast buffet had very little fruit. You were not allowed to take fruit or bread out of the buffet area. They had scrambled eggs that were terrible. Not freshly made. Coffee was not delicious. It is close to the airport. There are better hotels in Calgary.

The room was large. Beds are comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Easily walkable to other restaurants.

Lovely hotel. Clean, quiet, comfortable beds. Really nice. Hubby not impressed with breakfast. Coffee not very good. I am fine with PB on toast so I don't care about the rest. I thought food was ok.

Staff in restaurant very friendly. At counter did not acknowledge we were there. I know she was busy filling out forms but just to look up and smile for acknowledgment would be so nice. You are the front line that can make or break the busy.
Bath tub was dirty with looks like not been cleaned from previous guests.

Our stay here was great!!! Lovely hotel room. Could use a table and lamp between the 2 armchairs.
Breakfast included was great. Bacon WAY too overcooked the first day, but sausages second morning were perfect. Loved the toasted raisin bread. We will stay again.

hotel is well maintained. room was clean and very comfortable with size. parking was ample as well.
the bed could be firmer for what i prefer. i feel it to be on softer side.
the included hot/cold buffet breakfast was good though my partner finds the food cold if you don't eat it fast enough. perhaps an improvement could be having better food warmers.

Appreciated how much cleaner the room felt since it was not carpeted like most other hotels! I understand it’s near the airport but we found it very noisy so keep that in mind. I wouldn’t count on the included breakfasts though as they’re very limited, you’ll likely need to find something elsewhere. Overall it was an “okay” stay.

Extremely filthy! When we checked in the room we got, there was a big piece of flesh sort of thing floating in the toilet, the shower didn’t work, couch had so many stains and the room has a strange stagnant smell. We were supposed to stay over a week but checked out within a few hours.

This hotel was located in great area. Parking in front was limited. More spots in back. One can easily get lost in hotel. Lobby was big. Avis in lobby too. Breakfast was great.

Nice little hotel. 2nd time staying here. Love that they have a buffet for bfast. Quiet. We stayed on the 6th floor, no problem at all.

I booked 2 rooms to be together and they put my rooms on different floors. When I asked to be put on the same floor, the room they gave me was already occupied which was pretty awkward because I walked into the room while the entire family was sitting together having dinner. They thought it was my fault and got mad at me but I explained that the hotel messed up so we went to the front desk where they acted clueless and unapologetic about the whole incident. They also did not provide us with the free breakfast vouchers at check in like they were supposed to. They also charged us more than the original Expedia price.

I guess it’s city quiet. While it has more options than a continental breakfast, don’t get excited. It wasn’t any good. The room looked good, clean. Bed extremely wore out. Could see the dips in the bed from 15 feet away, had the king suite. Might stay here again.
