Excellent place to stay if you're going to the convention center

Traveling by myself around the hotel is not the best idea, no safe for walk specially at night, if you drive is fine

Rooms were clean and neat. Staff was helpful and there was very walkable areas around

The property is very nice . The pool is beautiful . The gardens as well . The rooms on the other hand were mediocre at best . Beds uncomfortable and too small for 2 people . The AC was weak to almost not functioning. The toilet was disgusting .

Love Hotel Real de Minas Poliforum, good location, food is Great, Front desk service is there and resolve any problem immediately, I do not like to much on weekends because gets to packed with families and become noise, but in general is ok

Normally is ok but last time hotel was packed, and this time in this area of the hotel was noise late night, then in the morning cleaning ladies where filling buckets with water to clean floors and talking very laud right outside of my bedroom door, very noise, they need to get some different hand, body soap and shampoo the one they provided is horrible and smell really bad

Very nice hotel, walking distance from Poliforum León, which use the local convention center, just across the street, literally. Friendly staff, and the breakfast is one of a kind.

The service in the restaurant was really slow, hamburger was okay, but the french fries were cold under cooked.

The reception staff, upon check-in, was not very friendly. The gentleman who helped with our luggage to our room was extremely helpful with our luggage and with questions we had regarding tickets to a soccer match we attended.

I had stayed on business at this hotel, so I decided to come back on pleasure. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't as previous ones. There was not internet service and the food for dinner at the restaurant wasn't as good as for breakfast. That is why my opinion changed from excellent to good.

I like the receptionist very nice but the guy that help us with our luggage very mean he also give us towels for the pool in an mean manner. He is a tall bold guy.

We stayed in 4 hotels during our trip and this was one of our favorites. As soon as you walk through the doors, you are greeted with art and antiques. Then their is a nice restaurant where we had 3 delicious meals and then breathtaking pool. Every single area of this property is beautiful and nicely kept. Rooms and simple, but clean and have cable tv. Our favorite part of this hotel was the pool and the breakfast.

The pool is nice however there was no internet, the shower leaks water, the pillows and bed are somewhat hard, the tv is really old and does not offer netflix or anything, overall it’s ok

Hotel was very nice, but Hotel staff is VERY loud early in the morning. They talk, walk and move around very loud and slamming doors hard. Not a hotel where you can sleep in. Bartender have no clue how to make drinks. Pored straight out the bottle and very stiff, not very friendly. No eye contact, heard them gossip about other guest. No professionalism. Would never stay there, ever!

It was a little of inconvenience due to the weather was hot and the property had an electricity issue that stop working the AC. Units for several rooms so it took 2 days to fix that.

The beds need to be updated; queen mattress good in size but hard as a rock to sleep comfortably. Just being honest, if this was corrected it would get greater review.

The property was really nice, everyone was helpful and there were good amenities within the hotel. One of the only things that I was disappointed about was that there wasn’t any laundry, though the Expedia profile mentions it and it was one of the reasons we booked. Had to spend about 3 hours the next day at a laundromat. Lastly, and more of a personal thing, outside of the hotel the area isn’t super walkable/not a lot of historical sightings. Mostly for families or futbol fans when there’s a game. Otherwise a decent stay.

I liked the location for shopping and really close to the soccer stadium.
I disliked that we had to get our key card activated every time we left the hotel area.

The staff individuals were very friendly, polite and graceful. We spend 4 days on it and we will gladly do it again.

The rooms were comfortable with a nice view of the pool
The waterfall into the pool was unique
The girl at front desk at customer service counter was unprofessional I didn’t quite understand where my room was and went back to ask and she knew I was standing in front of her but her conversation with another employee about personal matters was more important
