Nice stay on a very confortable hotel . Easy to take transportation to downtown.
The only problem was that fruits at breakfast were not in good state

We arrived earlier than expected the reception team were very helpful and a room was ready for us. The rooms were spacious, clean, the bed really comfortable, bathroom great size.

We visited San Sebastián, Spain for our 38th wedding anniversary for the first time and NH Collection Hotel accommodated us for an early flight arrival. Staff provided excellent customer service, the room was super clean, breakfast was good, beach was walking distance and so was the walk to Old town San Sebastián. It was a very quiet, nice neighborhood.

Excellent and nice hotel, so close to the beach and great restaurants. Super clean and elegant, I used the mezzanine to work a little bit and it was very easy and confortable.

Great place to stay in San Sebastián. Off from the hustle and bustle but quiet and walkable to the old town and center. Plus buses that run frequently. In a lovely leafy area. The hotel is comfortable and the staff helpful. Plus the best breakfast in our entire trip. We love San Sebastián and will return.

It is an average 4* star hotel ,nothing unique about it.Breakfast is good, close to one of the beaches in San Sebastian( 8 minutes walk).it is not near the old town or downtown,15 euros taxi ride or bus ride which is 1.85 euro per person to get there .There are restaurants opposite the hotel and a supermarket close by .

Hotel is situated in a very good central location, next to shopping in a nice neighborhood. We were upgraded to a comfortable suite no view but it was ok. The only negative is that it has an excellent rooftop bar that we were not able to attend with our small service animal.

We found the location was excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable. Where the hotel fell short was not having coffee available in the lobby.
We did use the parking garage. It was very tight and you had to use the same ramp to enter and exit which made for a stressful trip up and down. Of the 3 times we exited, the light which signaled for oncoming traffic did not come on 2 of those times. When the garage door opened there was another vehicle on the other side.

We regularly stay at NH Aranzazu. The hotel location is terrific, parking nearby is easy, quick buses into the city centre, very friendly staff and lovely spacious rooms.

NH hotels are always good and this was fine. Surrounding area is ok but a long walk from the Old Town and we had a dog which made it difficult as large dogs not allowed on buses.
Room was great size and very comfortable and ok value given it was a weekend
