What a beautiful hotel! Also very centrally located. The suite we stayed in was very clean, modern and spacious. Bathroom was amazing, with separate bath and shower. There was loads of storage space so you could keep everywhere looking tidy. They had the best hotel hairdryer I ever tried! Even had a kitchen area with fridge. There was a lovely balcony looking over a central area. The beds were extremely comfortable and they had an extensive pillow menu. This hotel definitely lives up to its 5 star rating. Could not fault anything. Would absolutely recommend.

Our stay was amazing , it's our 7th time
and we really enjoy it there, the breakfast there is the highlight of the place and the facil restaurant in the evening.

It was a wonderful stay in Berlin. The location of the hotel is great. The room is spacious and very comfortable, the front desk is extremely helpful. One of the best hotels we stayed in Europe.

I stayed in the hotel around 8 to 10 years ago, when I found it nearly perfect. Now I found it perfect again, the room (management suite) was completely clean, modern, comfortable, with a balcony. At other places the bathroom would have a rain-shower in addition to the bathing-tub, which is even more comfortable but not necessary. The team is very friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast is high price but really excellent with a lot of space at the breakfast-table. The aircondition was effective, but I like to switch it of completely for which you need advice from the employees. Close to Potsdamer Platz you have railway, S-Bahn, U-Bahn and bus within 500 m surrounding. I will certainly return.

A great hotel. Staff walks you to the room for the first time. Surprise benefit - free washers, dryers and soap which is needed for travelers on a long European trip. Centrally located for Berlin sightseeing.

This is really a hotel I would highly recommend, especially when arriving after a long trip. The hotel's front desk staff were very kind and friendly and offered towels to wipe, which was really touching. The breakfast has many kinds and is very exquisite and delicious. The hotel manager will take good care of our needs. The room was as clean as new and the sheets were ironed and flat.The location is close to the station exit so it is very convenient.

A true five star experience! Friendly and service-minded reception staff with an attentive approach. The same applies for all the staff in the breakfast restaurant, especially the Head Waiter. He had an eye for details and the right aim at guest satisfaction. We will make sure to stay at The Mandala Hotel next time we visit Berlin!

Wonderful hotel. Our room was exactly as the photographs. It was airy, spacious and very comfortable. The staff were happy and made you feel very welcome. Would stay here again on our return to Berlin.

Lovely hotel in great neighborhood. We walked everywhere but transportation right there! Lots of restaurants and shopping if you are into that. The staff was wonderful. Very quiet and luxurious room. Love the robes and IPad with all the information you might need at your fingertips. Walk in closet and lots of storage. Breakfast was phenomenal and the bar makes great drinks! Thanks.

We had a management suite with a big bathroom, sitting area, mini kitchen and very nice walk-in closet and cuboards for cloth. Everything was of good standard and the location excellent in regards to busses and underground. We made our own breakfast so we don't know how the hotels breakfast would have been. We had a dinner at the the two Michelin star hotel restaurant FACIL and that was lived up to all our expectations. The only thing that was not so good is that we had to ask for kitchenware, as there was no bread knife and other, pan, pot etc, for cooking. That should have been in the kitchen and we would not have needed to ask for it, as we also did get all that would have been useful.

Mandala Hotel Berlin is a great hotel. I rented 2 rooms for the couple and our adult son for a few days. I was there before and during the Easter weekend. Everything is within walking distance for people who are good at walking. Restaurants around. Unfortunately, I didn't get to try the restaurant at the hotel, it was closed. The bar-restaurant was open but did not meet the food preferences of my boys who were with us. This is a great hotel in a great location in the heart of Berlin.
