No frills and needs updating.

The room was enough wide and has mini kitchen with refrigerators. The facilities looks not new but well cleaned, maintained and prepared. Then room was really comfortable. Hotel is located near central station, it’s very convenient for restaurant and shopping.

From thus user’s perspective, the hotel is well run by competent, friendly and engaged staff (which goes a long way…). The place is also very clean, and the only drawback is that the overall furnishing of the rooms (well, the room I occupied at a minimum) seems in need of an upgrade, more for the looks than for function. The single occupant room I had is VERY small, but surprisingly functional (I.e., sufficient desk space to do some computer work. All this said, I would come back due to the professional and friendly atmosphere overall.

Location

Staffs are taking care of visitors well. Small insects were came out from the drain hole on the Bath tub. I had to close the drain rid, and It was very unconfortable after seeing the incects. Heating system under the window did not work, although opened manual valve. Interiors (mirrors, wall paints, pictures) in the room made us bit unconfortable feeling.

I had a great stay at Asah. Frequently travel to Dusseldorf & love this hotel´s suite.

Average Hotel nearby many good japanese restaurants however the price paid were not in line considering the structure conditions and the room appearing aged.

It's clean and comfortable without any luxury. Small bathroom. 3 star maximum.

I stayed here for a business trip. The room was entirely clean. It has only few lights and is not bright, so it is quite dark even during the day. But if you just want to sleep, it's fine. The only one disappointing point is breakfast. Japanese food is very tasteless from me, a Japanese.

- hair in shower - shower head water pressure was extremely hard / not bearable to use on skin at all. Highest pressure ever in my life!!!!! - upon arrival lot of non-resident guests where partying in the lobby, asked for a quiet room and was given a room on the first floor right in front of the entrance, where the partying people were talking/ singing and smoking. Receptionist was among them, so I guess they invited friends?! - in the Morning, I was woken by my neighbor who was talking around with high heels in the room for 30min prior to leaving. I went to reception and asked if the guest would stay longer and could be advised that it was extremely noisy. Was advised at reception that customer would check out but feedback will be passed on regardless. Customer didn’t check out and had same problem again next day and had to interact with customer myself for noise to stop. - was woken on both days once more by cleaning staff who were chatting from 7:30-8:30 right in front of my door with no regard for customers. Had (on both days) ask them to go away and be more considerate. Same staff both days and they had no regard for my request. - Change your staff and adjust the shower pressure and all is great.

The AC had problem. It was off on the midnight. We asked the reception but they gave us a very terrible answer. They said te AC was not inclued with room charge so AC broken cant be an issue for complainting. We wont go thia hotel again.

Very clean room. Very very friendly and supportive staff. 2 elevators were constantly occupied and virtually useless.

I think this hotel can be relaxed for Japanese people.

Breakfast is from 6:30, that is a little late I think...

The room was dark to me. I wanted more light. The width of parking lot is too narrow.

Location is good and many Japanese restaurants nearby.
