I booked my room online and you took all my info and card#. I did a pre check in to speed up the process and you took all my info and card # again. When I arived the woman behind the counter did not seem to know what she was doing and I needed to give all my info and card # again so it did not speed up the process at all. Plus I recieved no less than 15 emails for a one night stay. Very anoying!! With out some sort of compensation I won't be staying with you again,and we travel a lot.

Our neighbors were very loud when they got home at 3 am… walls were not very sound-proofed. Otherwise we were pleased with everything.

Just as I would expect from a no frills motel. Room was fine and spacious enough, and clean. Nice selection at the Continental Breakfast. Parking lot was lit and spacious.

This was the first and last time we will stay at a Microtel. The price was out way out of line for what you got. We have stayed in much nicer motels for far less money. Not worth the $252.00 we paid.

It was overall a good stay. They let me check in early. The room was small but good enough for just me. Hotel was pretty clean except for boxes of bed pieces lining the hallway. The breakfast was not very good. Very little offered and nothing warm. Overall, a good place to stay but nothing overly special and the price way too high for what you get.

It was the most dirtiest hotel, that I have been. The room odor was fishy and unhealthy. I was not sure where the odor came out from the carpets, bathroom or somewhere else. Please do not rent that hotel.

This was my second time staying at Microtel by Wyndham in Champaign Illinois. What I liked was the staff was able to accommodate my request due to my sleep disorder. The only thing is we ran out of toilet paper but they made sure we had extra and the towels were a lot better this time.

The room was fine and the staff was okay--not super friendly. The worst part was the breakfast. There were very few choices. We are on a sugar-free diet and there was hardly anything we could eat. There was toast and cereal and a couple of oranges.

Traveling through the area--this was a convenient stop. Rooms were clean, friendly staff. Breakfast minimal, but was offered. Liked that coffee and tea available 24hrs and allowed our two dogs for a fee. Overall a good stay.

This was a wonderful and refreshing experience! My husband and I aren't at hotels much when we stay at them. We don't need all the perks, so this was a great place to stay! The receptionist was extremely hospitable, too!
They don't have any recycling bins on the first floor, which is a problem. However most of the hotel seems to be eco-friendly.

Lady that cheched us in was so rude. Entryway reeked of urine, had to give id and credit card to her through glass window before entering main entrance and she threw a fit when I refused to let her take my card to another room. Sorry...that's how people get their account information stolen! Bed was so old the springs were coming through! Pillows were very small and flat. Breakfast was minimal to say the least. Man at counter at check our was just as rude. Won't be staying there again!
