Room was comfortable, no smells, everything in good working order

Honestly for the price it wasn’t to bad. But you definitely get what you pay for. It wasn’t very clean and you could tell it was an older hotel.

It's always clean and comfortable even if the property is a bit old. It's close to restaurants and other activities and nearly always has a great price for the night. Love the pool as well.

The room was right next to the pool so curtains had to be kept closed for privacy. There was no blanket or quilt on the beds, only a sheet. The fridge didn’t work. It was clean but obviously old and things were chipped

Nothing horrible but short on towels, shampoos, and so forth. No problem if asked, just shouldn't have to.

The front desk guy. Sonny was very rude. I asked for towels and shampoo becuse there was none in the room. Was told i csnt wear a tanktop shirt in the lobby and too not ever come back in with out a proper shirt? Mind you its 110 degrees outside. Went in this morning for breakfast 45 min before it ended to notjing but toast and coffe juice and oatmeal. When there should habe been waffels eggs sausage bagels.ect ect available. Also the house keeper never came in our 4 days at this property. The one time she knocked on the door at 945am she knocked once and opened the door in less then 10 seconds.too come in . Check out is not till 11am and i was back in bed after my very disappointing breakfast. I will never return to this hotel .

They should turn on the air-conditioning before the customer arrive

A good experience…property has been well kept up and all phases of the room experience, including plumbing, TV, Wi-Fi, A/C, bed — were all on par, even at a budget price. The only quibble I had was that the breakfast options offered were pretty meager…I was on hand less than halfway through the breakfast period and the hot food was already gone; no one seemed to be monitoring that aspect of the operation. Had some raisin bran and called it good.

Average hotel. Ok for the price.

Room was terrible. The bathroom wasn't finished. Had to put wash cloth in tub drain so I could take a bath. The food in the tiny room was terrible. Beds were not comfortable. Furniture was falling apart. The fridge didn't work properly. Definitely would not tell a friend.

This hotel is the right place to stay. It’s located near an outlet but very private quiet corner . It has the best restaurants all kinds of dishes . Not to mention the franchise ones. Local cafes. The hotel has all the conveniences ir laundry. The rooms with fridge, microwave and coffee makes. The price for an overnight you can’t beat. I recommend this place you come to Zion, Grand Canyon, north rim AZ , and Bryce National Park and Vegas.

I like that is easy off the freeway going north. Many food places around. Can find gas refill easy.

Very helpful and kind staff, very clean, older hotel which was quite dated - but upkeep was good. WiFi was really good which was nice for zoom calls.

Great rate, great room, very clean and good beds, quiet nd right near shops and restaurants. Convenient to the freeway.

The property was a little run down but the hotel clerk was helpful and the room itself was decent no bugs Yay !
